    20x9 offset is probably +27 or +30. It says on the inside lip. If you have stamped steel UCAs they most likely won’t work with zone.     ”Safe” is subjective, but any width from 8-10 is “safe,” x12 is where you start to push it as far as stress on front end components. However there’s other factors to include as well such as adding wheel spacers (to the front) or adding leveling spacers as well.
