  1. clearance is good. I do recall cinching the front fender liners in an inch or two by drilling a small hole through the liner and pulling them in tighter with a heavy zip tie.
  2. couple pics from more recent camping days, just over 3 years with this truck and love it more every time I drive
  3. should be, if yours is also an HD
  4. it will make the rubbing worse. My factory 20's with 275/65 tires fit, but when i put on my aftermarket wheels that are still a +18, i had to go down to 275/60 to avoid rubbing
  5. 20x9, +18 Moto Metal 970 with 275/60/20 Nitto Exo Grapplers. Stock height
  6. No rubbing. Totally stock height 2018 2500 hd. 275/65r20 Toyo ATII AW.
  7. Sorry, I can't give any real world experience with either regarding winter. I only had the Ridge for about 2,000 km in the summer then I traded that truck and got EXO for this new truck. The EXO are a little louder for sure. Have put about 10,000 km on the EXO mostly pulling a trailer and they are doing great. The EXO are on my summer wheels, I run my stock wheels and Toyo ATII AW tires in the winter.
  8. glad I went with 10x8 garage doors...very good chance there will be a 2021+ in there within the next 3 or 4 years! Should give me enough height for some lift and 35s hahah
  9. not the greatest pic but got some new tires for the factory wheels to run during the winter. 275/65R20 Toyo ATII All weather. Haven't tested them out a whole lot yet but so far very pleased with how quiet and smooth they are, and handling the early snowfall great so far.
  10. I see you have info on 275 65 20 on a +15 offset wheel requires trimming of mud flaps. I have 275 65 20 on stock +44 wheels and they fit without trimming. I previously zip tied the fender liner a little tighter to the frame on both front fenders for my other wheel set up so I'm not sure if that was required or not for the 275 65 20 on stock wheels. I guess I will add my other set up is 275/60/20 on +18 wheels and they fit with no trimming either.
  11. ^^ nice Legend (and pull vehicle)! I'm guessing you fit the RZR in it? Yes I'm really happy to have an all aluminum unit now after seeing how brutally rusty my old steel open trailer frame has gotten over the years (even paint it every second year). My tandem 7x19 has torsion axles so no leaf springs to rust either.
  12. Just got myself a mint used 7x19 inline Legend trailer mainly for hauling my snowmobile in the winter! Looking forward to not having a dirty salty sled when we go on trips. The old trailer was an open 2 place.
  13. Haven't seen mice in our half tons, but both my dad's 2016 and my 2018 2500 have had mice get in through the cabin air filter. You need to pull the wiper cowl off and pry open the siliconed lid that's above the cabin air filter. Once you get that lid off, you'll see its wide open to the cabin air filter. We both found some wire mesh and siliconed it to the opening. Sealed everything back up and haven't had an issue since thankfully.
  14. Canola is in bloom around here lately so I had to stop for a quick pic!
  15. here's a couple pics. I'd say the tires stick out roughly 3/4" - 1" passed the fender well.
  16. thanks! These are actually only 275/60/20. I had a set of 295/60's from my LML but they were too big on this truck. They fit besides minor rub in reverse on my LML but that was leveled and didn't ride very nice. The new truck rides so nice stock that I didn't want to make any changes to the front end , hence the 275/60. Happy with the look and even happier that they fit with no modification.
  17. Thanks. Tires are nitto exo grappler 275/60r20. Measure out at 33.25x11 roughly. Wheels are +18 offset. Suspension on truck untouched
  18. Just sharing my experience with my 2018 Silverado HD. With 20x9 wheels +18 offset and Nitto Exo Grappler 275/60/20 (measure 33.25x11), they fit with no rubbing on completely stock height. The tires come VERY close to rubbing on the thick gatorback mudflaps. Without the mudflaps (or maybe with a set of kickbacks), you may fit one size bigger tire with this offset wheel.
  19. finally got the EXO grapplers late last week. Got a couple hundred km's on them and initial impression is I'm very pleased. Very smooth at all speeds, not overly noisy (slightly noisier than the Ridge Grapplers I had before). Did some highway and gravel driving. So far so good!
  20. hooked onto my camper for the first time with the new truck. Its 35ft long and weighs around 7900lb dry. The L5P hardly notices it behind! I just put on a set of air lift bags in the rear and a new set of rims and tires since this pic. Can't wait to go camping
  21. i ordered a set of these earlier this week. Should have them hopefully by tomorrow or else early next week. Looking forward to trying them out.
  22. on the fence between the Nitto Exo grappler and Toyo Open country At II in 275/60/20
  23. can any one of you guys that put on the Exo grapplers give an update on how the tires are doing? I had Ridge grapplers for a very short time on my last truck (liked the tires a lot) but am considering the Exo grappler for my new rig. I like the fact that the Exo claim to be more for heavy duty trucks and I'll be towing a camper regularly. The tread depth is also over 2/32 more than the Ridge grappler from new. Thanks in advance
