If your relay or capacitors are shot then you will experience these issues. You need a working relay to turn the lights on and off when they are supposed to and the capacitors to stop the buzzing when they are actually on. Start there. You will always have the headlights on as drls. This is handled by the trucks computer and only a reprogram can change that. You can, however, add additional lights to come on as well but will always have the headlights. Sent from my SM-N910T using Tapatalk

OK here's a good one. Drove home from work two days ago in my truck which has never had a single vibration problem in its 1350 miles. At about 35-50 miles per hour and about 3 miles into the drive, it started. It got really bad around 50 mph to the point that my outside mirrors were shaking from the vibration. It didn't matter what rpm I had the truck at, but did diminish as I slowed down under 35 mph. Got home and went to put the parking brake on and noticed it clicked once and came back up! It appears the brake had not completely depressed when I started out the trip but it was up enough that the parking brake indicator light was off and I had zero noticabke drag or slow down from it being just slightly applied until I got to my hill in my neighborhood and could hear the rear gears kinda clunk from the slack when I let off the gas. The brakes did smell a bit once i got out but only the rears. Took the truck out on errands today and made sure the brake completely depressed, zero issues or vibrations today all day! Now I'm not taking away form anyone's claims of faulty vehicles but this seems like it could happen rather easily and the symptoms are identicle to what is described here. It could be possible that the parking brake may be at fault for some people's vibration issues. It could be sticking or not completely depressimg when released. Could days ago but finished putting my led lightbars in behind the grille. Have a 20" in the middle with two 7" ones on either side pointed slightly outward. Couldn't be happier with the result. Installed the rest of my light bars. I now have one 20" in the center with two 7" ones on either side. Also originally had the 20" mounted on the bottom of the grille but decided to move them all up top. The light output is amazing! Mine did this too when I put mine on. If I remember right I turned my ignition to the Acc to check the lights and I didn't have my MAF connected yet so I think that made the computer mad. Just unplugged the battery and it all reset. No issues since. Sent from my SM-N900T using Tapatalk

Absolutely. I mounted it to what looks like extra mounts for a different grill. Used some bid washers on the underside to distribute the mount point. Also my bat has the sliding mounts that pivot on the bottom not the ones on the sides. Makes it easy and solid as a rock. I have two 7" bars that I'm mounting on either side as well. Looks like you have similar setup to me minus the cubes for the fogs. How much light does the chrome grill kill? Also curious how you did your cubes it looks super clean
