  1. That makes total sense!!! Thanks for the post and the information.
  2. No text of death here. I have paired my BlackBerry to 2 Silverados and 2 Sierras flawlessly. Kudos to the Canadian phone company, BlackBerry! Lol
  3. Found a buyer for my stock tires, finally! So I decided to go with BFG KO 2's! 275/70/R18's. The ride is definitely harsher and fuel mileage has suffered slightly...but they look so sweet!!! Plus, they really make the truck look more rugged, like a true 4 by 4[/url
  4. Justinass, that is a sick ride!!! I love the look of that truck. Thanks for posting pics!!! Creamy butter, don't even think twice. Go get the lift done ASAP I'd go with the taller 2.5 ish inches up front and add an inch block to the back. My brother in law, did the truxxx lift leveler to his GMC AT and it's one sick ride. On my 14 Silverado, I did the truxxx lift. On my 15 Silverado I used a Ready lift kit, which added 2.25 " up front and 1.25" in the back. Lift/leveling kits really improve the look of these trucks. Plus the added clearance is appreciated when driving off road! Justinass, that is a sick ride!!! I love the look of that truck. Thanks for posting pics!!! Creamy butter, don't even think twice. 5. Out with the old, in with the new. Silver 2015 Chevy SIlverado Crew Cab Standard box. 40/20/40 bench up front with heat. Just never know when the little lady needs to slide on over real close. BDS 2.25" level up front. Ready Lift blocks brought the back end up 1.25". Bak Flip Fibre Max Tonneau cover. Matte Black Side Steps
  6. I upgraded for a few reasons. Firstly, our low Canadian dollar means that our used trucks go to your wonderful country for an increased dollar. Secondly, there are a lot of incentives and lo financing. Thirdly, I was off warranty, and lastly I was so ticked at my old seat it was time for a new one...
  7. Made the plunge...sold my 14 and am picking up my 15 today...pics soon!!!
  8. Are the 2015 Silverados still experiencing seat shift ?
  9. Silverbullet14! That is one sick ride!!! So sweet. Thx for posting a pic!
  10. Of course it doesn't! But you are stuck with what might be considered one of the ugliest trucks every produced! However, the great side sticker certainly helps its curb appeal.
  11. Who said I was a big guy?
  12. Had my truck back in for the moving, clunking seat. PI 1138 bulletin was used. New retainers were added. The movement and noise is gone...however, it still seems to me that the seat shifts slightly, maybe it's just me and I am so used to it shifting and clunking that I am anticipating movement. Time will tell. How are the other PI 1138 bulletin users making out???
  13. Congrats! What was your bulletin fix number? I am waiting on parts and hoping it's the right fix...my loose seat is driving me crazy!!!
  14. Good news...I think. My service manager informed me that there is a service bulletin out for this moving and clunking seat! They have ordered the parts in and will service the truck upon the part's arrival. Fingers crossed! Will keep you posted. Anyone else have the bulletin and fix?
  15. Brought my truck in yesterday for oil change, fire recall and to have them once again look at my seat issue. Service manager took the truck for a drive and was unable to replicate the clunk...when I picked up my truck, I realised that he had moved the seat ahead and down to make it more comfortable for his driving...duh...no clunk in that position...
  16. I am bringing my Silverado in for my second oil change and an idling recall next week Monday. I will also address the seat movement for the second time... Any advice or updates out there yet. The last time I went there was a bulletin to add "clips", which, did...nothing
  17. Job 1 was to install LED lights in the factory holes. Was easy to do, but found that I wanted more light, so we purchased another Lamp kit...definitely not your e-bay prices Drilled in new holes for the front LED lights to sit...the photos should step you through the rest of it...
  18. I love free trade...our kits list for over 150...I got a good deal on mine, 138 plus tax ...and now I have 2 kits...I must really like Led bed lights lol
  19. Finally received the lamp kit and installed. Was a very easy process, and yes, the lights go on with the Cargo lamp button. I have ordered another lamp kit as I want to install another set of lights at the front of the box. I will be sure to snap lots of pics!
  20. Has anyone had an actual permanent fix?
  21. My brother in law, who has the Sierra AT, with the bucket seats, also has this loose seat issue. It will b nice when a permanent fix is found!
  22. Hey fellas, My 14 SIlverado, with the 40-20-40, electric front bucket, is also developing identical "movement" or clunking issues that you are desribing. the movement started slighty at about 10, 000k and now my truck is at 13, 000 and it's definitely more noticeable. Is there a known fix for this?
  23. Can't wait to see the pics and the instructions. Thanks for sharing.
  24. I put a traxda(truxxx) lift/levelling kit on my truck. My truck came up 2.5" in the front and 1.25" in the back. Then, after my new tires (275's)... the truck came up another 1.25". The ride is similar, but a little rougher as the Toyo tires I Installed are a 10 ply, much harder than the factory tire. You can see pictures of the process at this thread... http://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/topic/152728-z71-2014-canadian-style/
