  1. Anyone else mounted BFGoodrich KO2's on their Silverado? We just had these delivered yesterday. 50% of our dual rubber strategy. KO2's for winter/off-road and something else on our Chevrolet Performance 22's for the summer and highway. We stayed with the stock sizing the 20's. 275/60/R20 We LOVED the KO2's on our 2011 Sierra. It made the truck look so mean. I'll post after photos in a few weeks when we get them mounted!
  2. John Goreham Contributing Writer, GM-Trucks.com 10-26-2018 BFGoodrich (BFG) launched its new KM3 this summer. The KM3 is the company's newest mud-terrain tire and features improvements over the prior generation tire from BFG. GM-Trucks.com had a chance to try out the new tire on a Land Rover-designed off-road course on the grounds of the amazing Monticello Motor Club in the woods of New York this week. BFG brought along a modified new 2019 Jeep Wrangler to showcase its new tire. To get a feel for the difference the KM3 tires can make, we were first giv
  3. So i just bought 275 65 r18 bfgoodrich ko2's and am looking to get wheels with a more aggressive offset. my wheels right now are a positive 18 which is i believe the same as stock and I am looking into an 18x9 with a -12 offset, does anybody run this here, and if so was there any trimming necessary after installation of these wheels?
  4. Hello All, Like many of you I have the stock 265/65/18 GY SRA's. I have already installed the Motofab 2.5" front only level, so I am looking to upgrade the tires. I love the look of the beefy AT's and MT's on the market (BFG A/T KO2's, Duratrac's, Toyo's, etc.). But, if I'm being honest with myself I'm not going to run the truck through the gauntlet, so I will likely never really need a heavy off-roader; nor do I need to make the sacrifice in mpg just for a look. I spend 90+% of my time in traffic, hauling the kid, or cruising the interstate from point A to B. I do mountain bike, kayak
  5. The affected models include BFGoodrich's line of Commercial T/A All-Season, Commercial T/A All-Season 2, and Rugged Terrain T/A tires. The company is letting consumers know that the bead area of the tire may experience a rapid failure, resulting in complete loss of tire pressure. As you could imagine, losing all of your tire's air-pressure without warning usually results in a crash. Consumers who are using these recalled tires are asked to return to the shop where they were installed to receive absolutely free replacements. See this graphic to see if your tires are part of this recall
  6. Zane Merva Executive Editor, GM-Trucks.com 8/31/2015 Michelin North America, producer of the BFGoodrich brand has announced a recall of approximately 104,000 light duty pickup tires. These non-original replacement tires (aka the vehicle did not come from the factory with them) are used on commercial light trucks, small RVs, heavy-duty vans, and some 3/4 & 1-ton trucks. The affected models include BFGoodrich's line of Commercial T/A All-Season, Commercial T/A All-Season 2, and Rugged Terrain T/A tires. The company is letting consumers know that the bead area of the tire may exper

  8. John Goreham Contributing Writer, GM-Trucks.com 3/2/2015 BFGoodrich has announced that it will expand its T/A KO2 all-terrain tire product line significantly. Initially, 16 new sizes will be available, but over the coming six months 61 new sizes will roll out. The sizes will fit GMC and Chevy pickups as well as other similar vehicles. The KO2 is suited for rock, mud, sand and snow. BFGoodrich focused on a tougher sidewall, longer tread life, and improved traction in its most recent KO2 design. You can read more at BFGoodrich's site. The following sizes were announced today. More
  9. Zane Merva Executive Editor, GM-Trucks.com & AutoInsane.com 3/2/2015 While spending a lot of our time here at GM-Trucks.com, Josh and I also have a lot of fun writing stories for autoinsane. In January we were invited to watch the first Red Bull Signature Series Event of 2015. Four wheel drive trucks racing on ski slopes? We knew it was going to be a good time and so we grabbed our video cameras and headed north.
