It there much to gain by replacing the factory tweeters also? Nice write up on what you used. I installed the GM kicker amp and sub to my 2020 LT and that added a lot of thump. The factory speakers still need to be replaced though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Has anyone come up with a good light bar setup for the 2020 Silverado HDs? I have a nice 42 inch curved rough country bar that I took off my 2018 Ram 2500 before trading it in. It looks like it would fit behind the stock grill on my 2020 Silverado 3500 LT. Anyone try this yet? Wondering if blocking any portion of the radiator is a bad idea. I had my 14 in 4 times to try and fix this. Even had the seat rails replaced. I am sad to hear it's still an issue with the 16s. That was part of the reason I traded my 14 for a new 16. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
All GM accessories are still 20% off on their website. Its offer code DEC20 http://www.gmc.com/accessories.html?s_tnt=363208:1:0 I may pick up the gm under seat storage for my crew cab since I can get it for $160. Looks like the sale runs until January 4th.
Im not sure how the sales tax works in Wisconsin i am in Minnesota. I purchased my truck at Hudson Chev in Hudson Wisconsin. I paid sales tax on the price after dealer discount. My trucks MSRP was $54,540. I got a dealer discount of $5,000 and rebates of $8,762.55 with the 20% tag lease loyalty cash $500 and another $1,000 gm rebate. That got me to $54,540 - $13,762.55 = $40,777.45 before tax title license. I think your dealer can do better. I basically got 26.3% off msrp. You should be able to get them to go 2-3k lower on the price, especially at the end of the year! Good luck on your purchase!
I noticed the same thing. I prefer CarPlay for navigation but really miss the temperature. I hope a future software upgrade will fix it. It is still head and shoulders better then the slow and sluggish head unit in my 2014 SLT.
I just picked up a 16 Sierra SLT Crew AT with an msrp of $54,500 for $40,000 with the 20% tag and some additional rebates and dealer discount. I couldn't believe how great the deal was. It wasn't my first choice on color and a few options but for that big of a discount I couldn't pass it up. My brother in law also picked up a 2015 Silverado 1500 crew with a msrp of $48,000 for $34,100 at the same dealer. I got the last 20% off tag the day before on mine but the same dealer was very motivated to move the 15 as well. If your in the market for a new truck I think it's a great time to buy!
I had the same issue in my 2014 Sierra 1500. After bringing it in 3 times i had to demand new seat rails. Since they did that i have had zero issues for the last 7,000+ miles. Now my wifes 2015 yukon xl is starting to do it with about 8,000 miles on it. I will be taking that in soon. A least I know what needs to be fixed and can hopefully get it done on the first try.
Can someone recommend a trailer brake controller for my 2015 Yukon XL SLT? I did not order my Yukon with the factory trailer brake set up. I have been searching online and nobody seems to have any options for the 2015 Yukon. Is there a simple plug and play solution out there?
Anyone else have any luck getting this issue resolved at the dealer? I have my sierra in for the second time trying to get this fixed. Whatever they did last time only helped for a few weeks. They called me today and said the tech couldn't find anything wrong. I politely asked them to keep looking. My truck is my office and this seat movement is really getting old. My wife's 2015 Yukon xl has none of these issues and is a real pleasure to drive. It's also an slt and the drivers seat feels like it has more padding too. It's kind of weird, much more comfortable. I figured it would be the exact same seat as my slt sierra.
