  1. Gave it a quick coat of wax last night......man I love this color.
  2. I like the trimmed valance. What did you use to trim it?
  3. Man those look great. I might have just made up my mind on wheels.....nice looking truck. Good lookin pup too.
  4. ^ Agreed, more pics. I was just looking at a new Yukon Denali this weekend with these wheels and it got me thinking......
  5. Thanks for the reply...looks sharp!
  6. Looks good....I like it. Do you think that wheel and tire setup would clear with only a level?
  7. Agreed.
  8. As requested.... Another great weekend!!!
  9. Nice! We need more pics...please
  10. I parked in the hot sun and used floss and a hair drier. Then just "carefully" rolled the leftover adhesive off with my fingers. Cleaned everything up with a microfiber cloth and a little gasoline. Clay bared then waxed. Just for reference of different ways to accomplish the same goal. http://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/topic/158148-remove-oem-badges/?hl=debadging&do=findComment&comment=1412309
  11. Those SD's are awesome! Congrats. I picked up a 300 XCW. Been riding 4-strokes for some time now and it was time to change it up a bit.
  12. Yesterday was a good day with the truck.
  13. If only they made one for the 2014+ trucks.....
  14. Hose clamps are probably overkill but I am funny like that. Just got back from a road trip and drained the can a second time. This pic represents 2400 miles or so.
  15. Correct...both clean side inlets were dry so IMO you are correct, the clean side separator isn't as critical to install. I will probably check the inlets in another thousand or so miles to see if anything has changed.
  16. Looks good! Are those the stock sized Bridgestones? They look a little wider in the pics but couldn't tell.
  17. Offset? Size tires? Thanks
  18. Correct...I did not install the clean side separator. I was told that the catch can will stop/catch 90% or so I just went that route. That and there are two clean side separators on the truck and they only have the one for the drivers side figured out so far. It's my understanding that they are working on a solution to the passenger side but until then I am happy. I will also add that when Installing and looking at both clean side inlets to the air box they were 100% dry with no evidence of oil/crud.
  19. Drained my catch can for the first time after 1K miles and was actually surprised at how much it caught in that short time. I didn't have anything handy to measure the quantity so I just put it in a shot glass I had laying around. So far very happy I decided to add the can.
  20. This should help... http://www.autogeek.net/how-to-clean-clear-coat-wheels.html
  21. Love the clear side markers EChavez. Truck looks good.
  22. Not sure if I just got a good batch of gas or what but I just got my best "normal week" tanks to date. 405 miles 21.23 gallons 19.08 MPG.....man I love this motor!
  23. ^^^^ That's nasty and precisely why I sleep better at night with mine installed.
  24. I am with you Luster. If man a can build then a man can fix it. Just sucks the games and hoops you have to go through first sometimes. Glad you got it fixed man. Enjoy that truck.
  25. How many miles do those represent?
