    I also had the Range AFM Disabler installed since about 50k, and this still happened. Chevy dealership wanted 8k for the repair and I told them to pound sand. Now I'm investigating the progress of the class action lawsuit against GM. The amount of faulty trucks out on the road is vastly underreported. This is happening way more than people on the forums think and GM is laughing all the way to the bank with no repercussions.

    Lifters just went out on my 2017 6.2, 115k miles. Total cost to repair was $5,600. The performance shop that did the work said they do the DOD delete 8-10 times a MONTH. Some of those are jobs are pre-emptive. If you buy a late model GM, you should set 5k to the side for the high probability that your lifters are going to go with the potential of further damage happening as well, I had a pushrod that was also bent. The AFM/DOD system is pure Democrat inspired climate change virtue signaling bullshit.

    Thanks. I like it a lot, they did a great job with it. Made sure everything was taped off that needed it. Didn't have to tell them about the tie down covers, drain holes and bed lights.

    I'd like to know this as well. Judging by pics it's gonna be really close, I have these mudflaps and am looking at putting the exact same size tires on.

    Wish I could see that at work. I want to vinyl wrap the chrome parts on the front of my AT grille. I want to get rid of all chrome on this truck. Absolutely hate chrome. Tempted to Line-X the factory running boards as well. Got it in for the Premium Line-X liner right now, should be ready to pick up in about an hour.

    I'd just put HIDs into the factory projector and call it a day. That combined with quality LED fogs like the Rigids gives great light output; IMO it's not worth the hassle at all to retrofit other projectors into the housing, but that's just me. I've messed with prying apart housings in the past and it's a pain in the ass, and I hear the lamps in the Sierras and Silverados are especially cumbersome in this regard.

    You already posted once before in this thread and you have a '16, you really think you're going to have high mileage at all in a pickup that new? Mine is about a year and 3 months old, just hit 27k. That's with a couple trips out to CO and IA from MO as well.
