  1. Like new morimoto kit i never got around to installing. I replaced my bulbs cause of cracked filaments. So went with 6000k GTR 2.0. Comes with two ballast, bulbs, the harness, capacitor link, and two canbus that I ordered. Asking $100 shipped OBO.
  2. Honestly their V8s seem plagued with issues due to the EPA regulations. I'd rather them spend more time investing in the 3.0 duramax and making diesel mainstream in the 1/2 ton segment. EV is a pipe dream in my eyes and is doing nothing to solve the issue at hand whether you believe in climate change or not. When your grid runs on fossil fuels, you use nothing but exponential amounts of fossil fuels to mine lithium, and have no where to recycle it after the fact it really doesn't matter. Should've invested in fusion if they wanted renewable clean energy, we're simply not setup to be 100% EV, it's completely impractical for anyone who uses their vehicle outside of just transportation from A to B. Hybrids I'm all for but this idea to abandon fossil fuels in a blink of an eye was and is asinine considering the false premise it's backed by.
  3. Better pic of the Baja boss AT. Now getting some EVAP codes lol
  4. New tires with the 285/70r17 Baja boss AT. Done for now. Contemplating true duals and tri y headers in the next year. We shall see.
  5. Oil changed. Less they cleared the code and didn’t tell me CEL is gone.
  6. Guess it finally happened. Eibach coilovers, blocks, reservoir rears, and a bedliner. Error code went away too with the oil change.
  7. Will be changing oil Wednesday to see if that is indeed the issue.
  8. I’ve cleared it three times now. Flashed back to stock, then back to the 87 octane tune. Still throws the code. Though strangely 5 hours of driving Sunday it didn’t throw any codes. I also think i had the MPG booster tune applied because the mileage was way better than expected. After i reapplied the 87 octane tune it was right where i expected it to be
  9. Guess that’s a good point. I suppose it shows me how to do the test?
  10. I’m thinking it’s just a faulty sensor or circuit issue. I’m going to take it in though.
  11. Flashed back to stock, still threw the code so something is up. Going to see if I can't get it diagnosed and fixed this weekend.
  12. That’s the thing not modded have had it completely stock this entire time. I reapplied the tune with afm delete though cause the first time i applied it it didn’t delete afm. Which is the primary reason i got it was to avoid lifter failure.
  13. 2014 5.3 6spd with 120k on it. Recently had temp sensor replaced, fuel gauge, front hubs, and lower ball joints. Applied the 87 octane tune per instructions to get a log. Drive 290 miles yesterday with a calculated average of 18.5 and computer said 19.7.
  14. So installed a Diablo 87 octane tune yesterday. Drove 290 miles without issue. Best MPG I’ve ever had. This morning going to work i get this code. Truck doesn’t feel any different. Is this something to worry about or is it just cause i messed with the ecm?
  15. Coolant temp sensor repaired, fuel gauge fixed, by happenstance new hubs on the front, lower ball joints replaced, went ahead and installed the Dirt King UCAs. Diablo 87 octane tune applied and deleted AFM. Will have the custom tune from Lew soon. I'm pretty shocked at how much better my MPG is 290 mile trip back to Louisiana today. I calculated 18.5mpg, computer is saying 19.7mpg. Will be applying the bed liner and have the eibach's installed in the coming weeks.

  17. These things feel beefy
  18. Anyone had this issue with the coolant sensor then coincidentally have their fuel gauge also start to act faulty?
  19. Any updates on this? My fuel gauge is suddenly showing half full after filling up.
  20. I ended up going with Dirt King boxed UCAs with mooj joints so I could replace them easily if they wear
  21. I'm eager to see how they perform. I'll be another week without the truck though. Coolant sensor needs to be replaced and when I got it from the shop oddly enough my gas gauge isn't working properly. Tank is full and it says half. So about to let the dealership look at the electric part. Hopefully nothing major. I've not had any issues with the powertrain. I'm talking to Lew to get a custom tune and get rid of AFM before i wind up with lifter failure. Do you have any pics? I can't wait to see how it does with the new Dirt King UCAs and the eibachs. From what I've gathered the Eibach's are getting raving reviews. I'm about to list my HIDs now that they have LEDs with near lux of 55W HIDs. I never installed them and this way I can leave the dust cover intact. I keep going back and forth between the cooper rugged trek and Baja Boss AT also. I think I'm sticking with 285/70r17 rugged trek though. They just seem like they have the voids to handle mud when I'm hunting.
  22. I'll let ya know on the Eibach's as soon as I have them installed. Will likely be Christmas. I thought about Fox several times. Especially with the linear valving and talk of the soft ride. There was also mention of body roll and maybe being a little too soft. Things to also note about the Fox 2.0s. Aluminum body aids in corrosion resistance but they have to be taken off the vehicle to be adjusted. Fox is rebuildable and serviceable, Eibach isn't. Though Fox recommends rebuilding around 40k or so, and has a one year warranty. Eibach has a limited lifetime warranty and can be adjusted on the truck. Basically I had been reading and going back and forth between Bilstein 6112s, Fox 2.0s, Dirt King 2.0s (soon to be announced), and Eibach. Seems Eibach is relatively new to the the LT market but makes everyone's springs. Across the board i've read nothing but fantastic reivews, then came across shock surplus' video with 3-4 of their employees currently running eibach and basically stating it's right between bilstein and Fox. Not too soft, not too firm, just right. One employee claimed it was the best 2.0 on the market. So with black friday I was sold.
  23. With the Bilsteins? Eibach and UCAs are on the way. With the Bilsteins at max ride height it's firm and they're digressively valved so you feel quite a bit of chatter for little bumps on the road. They soften up the faster you go. The eibach's are supposed to be softer but not as soft as Fox 2.0s.
