  1. Here we go 572RWHP & 477ft-lb of torque, out of the 5.3L Livernois Motorsports Whipple 2.9 Supercharger Livernois Motorsports Stage 2 CNC Ported Cylinder Heads Livernois Motorsports Stage 1V Camshaft Livernois Motorsports Total Control VCT Control System Livernois Motorsports EvenFlo thermostat Livernois Motorsports Windstorm CAI Long Tube Headers Livernois Motorsports MyCalibrator tuning device Livernois Motorsports custom dyno tune Man i need to hurry up and get into dental school.. but seriously that is ridiculous. Idk what you would do with that? I would add a baja long travel suspension kit, fender flares, and head to Baja i guess ha.
  2. If i can have headers and not be too loud i might plan to do so...the only issue that would arise is i will definitely tune for them. Might not be a good idea, there is no hiding headers, though i could switch ECM modules out or flip back to the regular software. Might start looking into it. Kooks are expensive, ARH, are 100-200$ more than a CAI. What gains do you think you can get with Tune + Headers + CAI + Exhaust? I know what i would like to see. Just don't know if that's realistic. I'd like to see about 30bhp increase. That would damn near put the 5.3L at 400hp at the crank, probably 300hp at the wheel. Talk about power hehe, then would just need to re-gear to 3.73. My problem is i was never into trucks until i got this one. Had i been at the time i would've gotten it setup a little different.
  3. There are two Corsa setups for the 2014+ silverado/sierra both are sport. One is redesigned to be quieter than the other. I have no idea as to how to tell. Fondupot has a video of the redesigned. Personally i want whichever has the most growl. Here is Corsa sport with just a CAI, you can hear a little more growl to it, not near header like but it's there. And some more ridiculous header sound. This video reminds me of the Henessey Raptor video by drive where he switches to Dumps lol. So if headers don't necessarily make it scream dan? Any videos of your setup?
  4. As the others said, more pics! Are those anthracite?
  5. Richy is that tungsten metallic or black?
  6. Tune is inevitable for me as well as corsa exhaust. The toss up comes with headers or CAI? Hell their within 200$ of each other. I will likely go CAI. Headers would be awesome but too loud for daily driving. So to have that effect get a valve to switch from the exhaust to dumps. Idk how much that cost. But best of both worlds if you want to drive quietly and off road with it screaming.
  7. Lol my bank account disowned me a long time ago. We haven't gotten along since.
  8. Sometimes i want headers...sounds sooo good.
  9. They give two inches of lift though. And go between the lower control arm and strut.
  10. Diameter wise 295/70/17 will likely be fine it will be offset that will be the question. 295/70/17 is roughly 33.3-33.5"x12ishx17. Again like most 33-34" tires the thickness will be the issue. I suggest +12-0-12 offset. I think AZ has his 295/55/20s not rubbing with +19 offset on fuel Mavericks. I've since switched my choice to method mesh at 0 offset. Should he good to go on either 285/70/17 or 295/70/17
  11. Tungsten metallic with black fuel hostage 20x9s. Looks good i think method Mesh will look good.
  12. Very nice, love my KMR build. Really wanted to make my 14.5 Middy into a KMR build before i sold it, would've taken too much work to do so though. Didn't feel like drilling the brake, shaving down the FSB, and then re-pinning the brake. Would've looked great though.
  13. I like it but it pretty much looks black in those photos.
  14. Looks great man! Any higher res pics? Would make a great wallpaper.
  15. I wonder what a iridium metallic build with black front & rear bumper, fender flares, and wheels would look like? I need to learn to photoshop
  16. 295/55/20 ATII is 32.8x12.2x20 according to toyo's specs. 285/55/20 is officially 33x11.5x20 for some brands, of which i've only seen the trail grappler and ATZ P3 in. I love the stock rims but don't want 20s. I honestly suggest for those wanting to run 12+ thick tires to just go ahead and invest in a rim with 0-12mm offset so you can do so without worry. http://toyotires.com/tire/pattern/open-country-at-ii-on-off-road-all-terrain-tires?cat=10
  17. I think the 7000mt is a direct competitor to the 5100. I almost went with them but couldn't find any info about them. I know they listed to fit my truck but couldn't find how much they would lift it. Long travel suspension would be ideal. Just costly, but it would be epic.
  18. What's a knuckle lift? Does look more than leveled looking at the room in the wheel well.
  19. Be sure to do so. Get the 7000mt I just want to see how high they lift it. No I agree it's not going to be that big of a difference. Just simply stating what I had read. As to my comment about fox or king I was just conveying that I wasn't touting Bilstein as the end all be all. I and many others simply have heard more positives about them than rancho. They're obviously not comparable to a fox, king, icon, coil over. I would like to try dirt logic coil overs or a 4" fabtech lift way down the road. It's about 2000-3000 for a 2" fabtech lift with coilovers or a 4".
  20. It's not mine, I wouldn't mind if it were. Wheels are method mesh matte black. Looks to be leveled with 35 trail graps.
  21. I never compared them to king or fox nor was implying that. I read and read and read and other than that jeep forum and maybe a couple of people in F150 forums all I found was general census said rancho was inferior to Bilstein. There just isn't much out there on the ranchos. At least for the 2014+ silverado/sierra. I emailed them months ago about the 7000mt never got a reply. If I was to consider rancho Id be going 7000mt. Something just bugs me about the adjustments on the quicklift.
  22. Might look at the rancho 7000mt as well. Though i've always heard Bilstein>Rancho. Though the 7000MT is rancho's newer struts.
  23. Just got the email back from them, they said what spurshot said, they don't recommend the Canbus. "That is correct, we don't recommend running the canbus just the relay harness with a capacitor link." I did not see the sierra kit, even going back and putting my vehicle in the filter couldn't find it. Though i think i can use their exchange policy to get it worked out. http://www.theretrofitsource.com/hid-systems/morimoto-elite-hid-system-sierra-low-beam.html#.VRAaKfnF-So Though looking at the way they're exchange works i might be able to exchange the Canbus for 9012 harness and add capacitor links to cart and be done.
  24. I can comment on ride @ max height. Now having had them a couple of days with stock 275/55/20 Wrangler SR-As @ 35-37PSI. Its definitely more firm on small bumps/cracks that the ranchos handled very well IMHO. Your going to have a better sense of feel over what your driving over in some sense. For the most part it's a non issue less that kind of thing just absolutely bothers you. The thing about the ranchos is...well they're really just street shocks. Great ride on the road and pretty bouncy/uncontrolled off road. This is where your going to see a vast improvement. Larger bumps that would shake the cab on the ranchos, are simply absorbed by the bilsteins, almost feels like you glide over them. Where as i can frequently recall hitting bumps on the ranchos and bouncing, not to mention the bed swaying, and body roll. I might be mistaken but when i turn sharp i don't feel the body roll on the suspension much at all like the ranchos did. With the Ranchos i felt like i was balancing a seesaw when rounding curves. All in all i love them. Ultimately the truck is going to feel and ride more like a truck, and dampen the bumps when it counts much better. I would like to see what new UCAs added to the equation. I'll be moving to 17s and 285/70/17 or 295/70/17 eventually, i'm sure despite a 10ply tire it will still feel better than turning and riding a 20" rim.
  25. Agreed. The other thing to consider is the fact that the ranchos aren't adjustable in height. So if 2.25 turns out to be too much you might want to invest in a 2" rear block just incase.
