    I have a 2" rancho quicklift. I have a feeling its just because I have yet to get it aligned and the toe in is causing it.

    Has anyone else noticed a mark where their spindles and lower control arm are coming in contact after leveling? I have the mark on both sides on the front side of the lower control arm.

    Well I attempted to change the lenses or projector but those cheap 2.5" projectors I have a are way too small. I just ended up black out the chrome and putting them back together.

    The stock lens is horrible, would want a clearer cleaner lens.

    I am referring to just changing the lens not the entire projector. Also your stock projector picture is very blurry, doesn't make for a great comparison. I was under the impression that the stock projectors are 2.5"

    Do you have any picture of how the lens is mounted in the stock projector? I have some 2.5" safego projectors that have a way nicer output than the stock projectors. The only problem is that I do not trust that the solenoids will last that long. I was hoping to just swap the lens while doing a black headlight mod. If I can't then I plan on retrofitting these cheap projectors. Here's a comparison of the two, hard to see with my phone camera, but the safego has a nicer blue line and a sharper cut off. Plus its output is way nicer and doesnt have as many hot spots.

    My frame is horrible looking, The entire thing is orange colored with surface rust. I have not see any other new vehicle look this bad. Not even my 2005 tacoma that had to have the frame replaced due to rust. I plan on pressure washing it good this summer and getting under there and doing a good job at painting some sort of frame paint on it. I am not a fan of the thick gunky undercoating.

    Correct, with any lift you will top out your suspension more often.

    I would be willing to bet that it's due to two things. Your psi and the level kit. I had a spacer level on my truck before going with rancho quickliftsthis weekend and it rode really rough. Lowering my psi to 33 helped, but in the end getting quicklifts was way better.

    Unfortunately this is not the issue this time around, I have a bad catalytic converter. I just put 600km on and I had to keep resetting the check engine light. Having the dealership install a new cat tomorrow.

    Its super easy to clean, dont need to change your clothes, loosen two screws to remove air tube. Remove 4 bolts holding on throttle body.

    Do you have a lift/level bigger heavier LT tires? Also what's your axle ratio?

    if you are referring to my mpg, I live in a really small town where we drive two block and get stopped by a stop sign or red light. Also its cold up here in winter so we use remote start a lot.

    I was under the impression that the bg service was similar in cleaning valves by using a cleaning chemical? I was thinking more along the lines of actually physically scraping or blasting off the carbon.

    I am assuming so, Which means in the future I will be either using intake cleaner every oil change, or having the valves cleaned by hand.

    Just got a call from the dealership, they're ordering me a new a catalytic converter.

    My check engine light came back this morning. Dropped it off at the dealership, hoping they can fix it before tonight so I can drive to winnipeg to catch a flight.
