Hello, 2019 Suburban LT 2WD with 130k on it. Yesterday suddenly while my wife was driving it started making a loud whine noise while accelerating she also said it was shaking at idle. She took it home and when i got home i tried to pull a code eve though there was no CEL. I took it for a ride and noticed a very loud whining noise and it had weird shift points. I read that it could be a throttle body position sensor. It looks like the sensor is built into the throttle body so i unplugged it and checked the connection which looked fine. I started the vehicle with it unplugged and as expected it was shaking and idling rough. it threw the code P16A1 i cleared the code and plugged it back in and took it for a drive. It ran fine for about a mile maybe 2 then started the same thing. I then repeated the same steps except this time i cleaned the plug with contact cleaner and then some dielectric grease spray. i plugged it back in and drove it for 5 miles or so and it seemed to run fine. The noise seems to be coming from the engine bay. I drove with the windows down because my initial thought was transmission issue. I have been doing some searching and i cant find people who are having similar issues. All the transmission issues i see are about shuddering and i wouldn't call my issue a shudder. I am considering replacing the throttle body even though i suspect their could be another issue causing this. Am i on the right track? Thank You

Hello, I searched but couldn't find anything. I am looking for advice on resolving my CEL P0449 on my 19 suburban 5.3 with 110k miles. I replaced Vapor canister vent valve solenoid and Canister Purge Valve. I cleared the code and it came back. I am thinking my next step is to trace the wiring but before i did that id like to see if there is a common issue i am not aware of. Any suggestion on what i should look at next? Thank You

So the instructions they give you when shipping in your screen says do not include the bracket. So I removed the screen from the entire bracket and shipped it in. They then called me and said they need the bracket. So I shipped the bracket in and they determined my screen was not repairable. They sold me a refurbished unit for $625 so I did that. I got it back Saturday night and put it in Sunday morning an it works like it should. If it goes out again i will go aftermarket.

Ill report back. Its there the instructions they gave me said do not ship the bracket. Well they called me because they need the bracket to diagnose it and repair it. So I boxed the bracket up and shipping it out today. The problem with aftermarket is they are so busy and difficult to use. My wife needs simple.

In case anyone else finds this OEMCARAUDIO will repair it for $325 plus shipping and upfix.com doesn't work on these.

Hello, my wife's 19 suburban the touch screen has not been working correctly for the last few months. Sometimes it senses touches on its own and sometimes it does work for a short period of time. cold or hot outside doesn't seem to change anything. The screen does not to appear to be damaged. We have only owned it for about 10 months. Is the best option to just replace it or is there a way to repair the current screen or is something else causing this? Thank You
