  1. Toyo MT 33x12.5x20 on a set of 20” fuel Mavericks.. just sold it though and am fixing to run a 37x13.5x17 on a set of Method Racing NV’s Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. I’d do inside, the amber light shining off the chrome above and below it would look pretty good in my opinion Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Apologize for the double post, I hit the wrong button. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Pulled a Pgamboa Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. I would’ve definitely done something. Props to you. That’s totally uncalled for Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Mine has always looked like that from day 1 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Quick question, maybe someone can help. But my truck came stock with the chrome 20” rims and I’ve since sold those and got 20” fuel Mavericks. Anyways I’m looking at a new setup and the rims I want are 17”, would I be able to just slap them on? I remember reading somewhere that anything under an 18” won’t fit because of the brake rotors? Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Yes sir it’s the same here in Texas except you can add green to the list of colors. And it’s also the same deal, obviously I can’t use the lightbar. But I find myself driving when it’s pretty late a lot and if I’m the only one on the road for miles I flip them on and keep on trucking, if a car comes I just turn them off, no harm done! But thank you sir! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. That’s different but still looks pretty good! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Thank you!! And I’m thinking either an aftermarket hood, or a rear bumper, plus I still need to have the roof light bar installed, it is currently collecting dust lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Lmao I’ve wasted too many cuss words on that method [emoji23] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. That’s what I’d suggest, to prevent headache I would also get everything measured and marked, then drill them before you put them on the grille. But that’s exactly what’s I’d do. Make some some little squares that come down just enough for the led to fit in. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Do you have a picture of your grille? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Correct, there is only two wires. I did the driver side headlight because it’s WAY easier to access when everything is said and done Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Not a problem, I totally understand. Yes sir that’s correct. I’m not sure if your truck is the same as mine, but I’ve noticed during the daytime the parking lights don’t come on with the daytime running lights but when it gets dark they do, so the grille lights of course will be on then. Which in the daytime unless you’re right in front of it they are hard to see. But in the night time they will definitely bring a smile on your face lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. They are wired into the parking lights, so anytime they are on then all the led’s are on as well. The light bar itself is wired into the fog light switch. But the orange backlighting is also tied into the parking lights like I said, the picture that they posted earlier in the thread was with the truck remote started, which is my favorite part. I’ve started it in a parking lot coming out of the movies and I love seeing people’s reactions because the lights are so hidden they don’t expect it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Here is a picture of them in the grille. (Please Note) in any standard “Z71 Grille” there is only 3 of the spaces that are completely plugged off. However I wanted to not be mistaken for a raptor (trust me it still happens) so what I had to do was use “Jb Weld” for plastic and I cut some black plastic sheets that I had laying around and attached them with the Jb weld. I then marked the middle of each black space and drilled a hole just big enough to slide the thread of the lights through and wired each of them to themselves, leaving the last one with enough wire to tap into the parking lights. MAKE SURE to put the nut on the thread of each light before you wire them all together or else you will have to cut your wiring just to secure the lights, I used thread lock super glue to make sure the nuts wouldn’t back off and somehow the light fall out. CAUTION when tightening the nuts on the little lights because the threads are plastic and you can easily break them, hence why I used threadlock. If anybody has any questions please feel free to ask, I’ve gotten many compliments on the grille alone and I never thought it would be such a hit. I actually worried people would just start saying “why not buy a raptor” but thanks for the interest guys, hopefully this helps! And yes I do highly suggest doing this with the whole entire grille off the truck. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. I’d be more than happy to take pictures. And yes sir, they sure are. Obviously you can’t have the light bar and cubes on but the orange light is legal. I talked to a state trooper for reassurance. He said they are perfectly legal, as long as they are not red or blue and are not blinding. Which they are no brighter than the parking lights. They are wired into the parking lights so when they come on everything comes on Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Thank you very much! I’ve got a lot of money and time invested into it, started from a picture in my head and is slowly coming to life Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. That’s me!!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. I have to disagree, it's personally just the luck of the draw. I installed my 2.5 rc lift on my 14 when it was brand new, I'm at just a little over 52k with ZERO problems. My truck has been on some very rough roads and was used as a farm truck for several years. I wouldn't let something like this push you away, equipment failure (or premature wear if you must) is very real despite how new a truck is lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. I love them!! Lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. They are from superbrightleds.com and they are the 10mm bolt beam lights. I spent a good 5 hours on those little turds, figuring out how I needed to get them, and then I had to get some plastic sheets to cut because if you look at the top of your grille there is only space for 3, but I wanted 5 so that's why I had to make spots for the other two. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Ordered some amber rigid radiance pods, a 20 inch, and a 50 inch (it's not pictured because I'm debating on drilling into the truck) but I got them wired up to come on with the parking lights. I love it! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
