  1. Wow, I completely missed your post. I guess we are in the same boat. If I remember correctly, my steering wheel might be from a 2014 too. I will check and get back! It could be a wiring difference in the wheel since there are different clock springs and one of them was discontinued (assuming that the one that was discontinued was for the 2014 model year and we have clock springs or 2015+).
  2. I just got my steering wheel and clock spring in and for some reason the lights don't work on my wheel. I have a 2015 WT and I installed the clock spring (23381964). I don't have the plug so I had to fuse tap. Cruise works like it should and I plugged back in the old wheel to see if the lights worked and they do, just not on the new wheel. Anyone know how I could fix this??
  3. Paper town and alcohol? If not you can get a new module for the AC controls on eBay, for not a bad price. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Well then... but yes. Until you can get in the truck and play around with it yourself it's much more difficult to comprehend... at least for some. Especially not knowing what's in the truck currently. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. So let me make sure I understand. Sorry for my lack of intelligence on wiring. I need the terminal, this "harness" and then the wire to the wheel and the clock spring. And then it is plug and play. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Where does this go? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Looks like the lights are in different locations. TC for example is on the screen as opposed to the speedo gauge. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Cruise works, but the lights don't. I'm assuming it's because I need the clock spring to support it and the extra wires. I think I read on one of the other forum topics that when you replace the c-spring it will function again as it should. We will see though... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Perfect thanks! Part number for clock spring? Will my lights work again on my steering wheel after? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Plug and play from there? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Which plugs? All the plugs should be there if your talking about the wheel. The only thing you need is the new clock spring I believe. Other than the heating element. Which I too am needing some help with. I did manage to get it to turn on with the cigarette lighter type plug, but I don't know how to do the wiring through the wheel so it doesn't get tangled up and then ripped out when turning. So I would need some kind of factory set up. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Did they change the engine bay/battery location on the new trucks or is this a 2500?
  13. I guess it would fit the 2014-15 better, bc it's the older style. Any one doing one of these? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Are the clusters for all of 2015 the same expect for the 2500. I'm considering buying a cluster from a September 2015 build and my truck is a December 2014 build. Both 1500 2015 trucks. I know there is a 2015.5 but is that just on the 2015 2500s. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Isn't the duramax like a $10k option? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. What does the vent do for the engine? Added HP or torque? Can you post a pic of what's under the hood? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Part number on the protectors? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Haha looks like I'll be redoing the front end. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Guess it's finally time to post in this feed.
  20. So I was finally able to get under the hood and tinker yesterday. I connected the light bar under the black cover and it seems to be working great! I just had to buy a nut to screw them down but it works fine. Could it be a faulty switch? That would be the only place I could see something happening if the relay was replaced.
  21. Okay, so I probably have not been doing this the proper way, but I have just been connecting straight to the "main stud". I know there are more studs under that black cover but I have no idea how to get it off. I haven't had any issues with my bar though by connecting it to the main power. If you tell me how to get that cover off I'll go take a look. I'm kinda bored right now haha. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Can anyone post pics of these flaps??? I'm very curious Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Okay sweet. I was gonna say. I have had the front off my truck many times and never have seen flaps. Haha. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. The one that I attached had pretty good reviews so I just went with it… it's probably not gonna make a difference for the cheaper ones. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
