  1. Where is the cluster from originally? Does it display a truck or SUV when opening doors etc? Any scratches on the “glass”/plastic?
  2. Oh I didn’t realize that it had pedestrian safety systems. I’m actually going to look at a 2020 Denali this week sometime so I’ll do some research and post my findings.
  3. For the forward collision it uses the camera and detects brake lights which is why it didn’t go off with the cardboard. This is why you can be following behind (tailgating) a car and it doesn’t brake, but when they press the brakes and the truck senses that it’s getting closer is when the it alerts you and will brake. Keep in mind that this might only work below 55 mph if it’s like my 2018. I’m pretty sure it’s worked at higher speeds for me, but the manual states 55 mph is the max.
  4. Wonder if this is the same situation on the Denali vs SLT.
  5. My whole front door sags a bit. It isn’t the trim On mine. Another member on here was having a similar issue and to fix it he had to realign the door “stud”(idk what it’s called).
  6. I was looking at this today. I don’t see any on the lots in Houston area. I’m considering jumping on a 2020, but if these were on the lots I would consider. Also, does anyone think the wireless CarPlay would be able to be retrofitted into a 2020 eventually like when CarPlay came to the K2. This is the one thing that I would love to have, but you know.. 21s aren’t on the lots. [emoji58]
  7. Bump. 250 shipped.
  8. My mom had. 2012 Tahoe and the fan was also loud. She took it to the dealership and they said it was normal. I don’t really remember how much louder it was compared to my 2018 now, but I think the electric fans just run a bit louder.
  9. Summit white
  10. Looking to get rid of my white mirror caps and handles. They were on my 2015 and I took them off to put them on my 18, but decided to keep the chrome. Probably looking for 275 plus shipping for all of it.
  11. I agree completely. I really don’t think it should just be drivability and safety that would warrant a buy back. Today, we buy vehicles based of features and options available, idk what OP is having issues with, but if his lane keep assist isn’t working for example and the dealership has done things to correct the issue but fails.. that isn’t the customers fault. He bought a product that isn’t working as advertised/intended and GM should eat the cost. Just like something you buy on amazon that you return for not working. I do know people would take advantage of this, which is why it probably is the way it is. However, things have changed in the last decade and the buyback/lemon laws should be updated according.
  12. Lol so you will spend a couple hundred on a screen replacement (when you didn’t even know that was the issue) but similar price for diagnosing is a no go.. difference is you would have your answer. I could’ve told you it wasn’t the screen and before you replace the radio module I would look at HMI
  13. It would probably be cheaper to take your truck and have a dealership diagnose the problem. Throwing parts at it is gonna get expensive especially when you start having to program modules for your VIN.
  14. Looks like Denali seat covers.. maybe aftermarket. I think the label on the side says katskin but I can’t be sure because it’s blurry. If so very common leather replacement that can be bought on eBay I’ve heard. Aftermarket heated seats. Looks like the previous owner dressed up an LT. not sure all the chrome comes on a regular cab. What he said, haha
  15. You need the new body style (2020+). Unless someone has a retrofit solution.
  16. You might as well change the title and turn off notifications because your thread had been taken over.. you can thank Ted.
  17. Yea I’ve played with my moms 2020 blazer infotainment. Same system. If that doesn’t work maybe reinstall it and try deleting again.
  18. Hold it down until it’s movable. You may be able to delete it?
  19. Shimmy on hard braking is probably the rotors worn unevenly. There is also a recall on low speed steering loss.
  20. I’m not. Has only happened once in my 2018. I’m not worried about it.
  21. Same here. Just glitches in the software. Until GM moves to a rolling release for updates there will be issues. I think they started this in the new trucks so maybe see if you have an update available.. you will probably have to connect to WiFi.
  22. My 2015 and 2018 has done this.
