  1. I'm done with this POS 2015 GMC Truck, so I've just got myself a 2016 Toyota Tundra that doesn't vibrate at 75 mph. Got a really good trade in amount on a 4 months old truck with 16k miles....my payment went up $20 more a month.
  2. Read and share this article please : http://www.autoguide.com/auto-news/2015/12/there-s-a-big-issue-with-gm-s-suvs-and-no-one-seems-to-have-a-solution.html
  3. Wow, sucks man. Feel your pain, if they buy it back. Are you going to get a 2016 replacement truck or just walk away from the deal into a different brand? Now other question is when you get a replacement truck, Your warranty starts from 0 miles or on whatever miles you left over the old truck?
  4. Lol......I like that one, let me finish my issues and I'll do that.....that will be insane if I'm driving a GMC Sierra and I'm advertising the warning.
  5. We should make letters with our own statements, copies of our service tickets and if it's possible GM letters with whatever their responses are and mass mail them to the principal Natiowide TV Networks, Auto & Truck Magazines, to the GM Corporate office and Online Auto Websites; possibly will be the only way to bring their attention to a final fix. I'm doing it this coming week. That makes more sense to me, if everyone gets together and do that, may work.
  6. Well, is the GM problem alone. Why? Because first I'm Mexican, I used to work in a manufacturing plant for FORD parts "Electrical Front Harness" and they're having problems with that a few years ago. Why? Because everything was made according to their "SPECS", so a local Mexican Engineer solved the problems after thousands of complaints. He made the small wires gauges a little bigger to hold more "power" and stopped having those weird burning smells after 5 hrs of driving. So don't blame it on Mexican plants. The Silao Plant in Mexico, is huge, clean and have tops engineers. My brother works for the OAKLEY manufacturer plant and he said 85% of English is required before they even look at your resume, bow he speaks, writes and read 100% after one year. He also said to have an interview with the GM Silao Plant is a nightmare of tests and not everyone can make it. Well I guess the main point here, is a wrong and poor american design and specs to a certain level here; trying to make a "work truck" into a luxury ride. The endeavor was huge and probably GM didn't fitted well some driveline components somewhere and chances are that they know these but unable to fix them because of the costs. But hey Nissan and Honda had the balls to recall hundreds of thousands of cars, to fix their problems 2-3 years ago; right? So GM needs to ask the Asians for some good engineers as "loaners" like the one I'm driving today because they can't figure out what's wrong with their trucks, probably they can fix'em for them.
  7. Lol, yeap I drive all over in Arizona. My company pays for it, gas, insurance, etc. But sucks the fact that is a brand new truck, you know? And all these issues, but I've been noticing that 2500HD and 3500HD aren't that bad of cases or issues like we do with the 1500 trim. So probably next year, I'll switch it for a 2500 HD Turbo Diesel truck. But first I'll drive test every single truck out there, lol.
  8. Anybody knows the "fixes" that GM is doing? Because there's a few guys and honestly can't get back after 460 pages to find them, but seems like a few owners got something fixed up. I'm just wonder which ones are those.....so far after 3 sets of tires and road force balances, my dealership directed by GM are finally changing. the driveshaft, U-Joints and now they told me the differential gears or bearings will be replaced too. I haven't been able to drive it yet because is at the shop still and the service Manager with a GM Engineer want to drive it around on Monday. So that's my Timeliness and fixes, so far. 9. The point is not the percentage of how many trucks are the ones with the Vibration issue....the fact is that my stupid truck that cost nearly 49k has the problem. So is my money and bothers me a lot, I'm sure the ones sharing that same problem are irritated with that comment of yours saying "that's not a large amount of trucks out there with the vibration issue"
  10. 2015 GMC Sierra SLT 2WD here, Dealer replaced tires 3 times to finally went to a different brand From Goodyear we went to Bridgestone. Stopped the Vibration for almost 4 days with a 90% successful rate. Now the 2nd attempt with almost 12 days there, they're replacing the entire driveshaft, U-Joints and Differential Bearings or Gears, whatever was. So I'm still down with the truck in service for a total of 14 days and counting because of the weekend. I'll push it hars for a truck replacement for sure and hope nothing out of my pocket. Im Not sure for the Arizona Lemon Laws, tho.
