how long does filing a lemon lawsuit take to establish

first post... Truck details: 2015 Sierra Crew Cab SLE, 4x4, Z71, 22" Rims, 3,400 miles truck obviously (from me posting here) has a vibration issue. i bought it mid september and have taken the lovely thing back to the dealer 3 times now with no avail. [side note: they first told me it was normal and they would look at it, then they came back with "well no-one else has experienced this issue"] finally the service manager told me that there was nothing he could do about the vibration and that i should see about getting a different truck if i couldn't "deal with it". [side note: i drive 170 miles a day on the interstate, vibration between 65-80 is not something i can "deal with"] so i talked to the sales manager and he offered me 37 for my truck which i financed at 46... its very hard for me to swallow a 9000 dollar loss on a vehicle that i've had for 2 months (little over 2 weeks at the dealer looking into the issue) sounds like some guys are getting some help from the dealers, what did you guys do to get the help, how long did this process take for you?
