  1. If the lifestyle change is not doable I guess I get it. Our goal was to march to our drum, not a jobs. Keep spending , keep working. I don't know what Dave's model is. Common sense to me. Our lives are no longer being run by a clock and a jobs BS is nice.
  2. Don't mean to be rude. "Already refinanced it twice". Sounds like you couldn't afford it from the beginning to me.
  3. I don't own a diesel but agree with wade evans ^^^^ and will ad B.S.
  4. Same problem.
  5. If you use it sparingly why buy again? I would try a Range to disable AFM first or run it in manual in 5th gear so it can't engage AFM. Check back here for used or new for $200 I think.
  6. Finally got around to doing this today on my 2012 Sierra. Was as easy as Lidd said. Gently pry switches out of dash. Unhook wire plugs. Getting the back off the light switch to remove the spring was the hardest while trying not to damage the circuit board. Took me 15 mins. Switch now works like days of old. DRL's are off on start up. Thanks Lidd.
  7. I'll never forget my Grandfathers last words........ "Stop shaking the ladder you little bastard!"
  8. Try higher octane fuel first IMO.
  9. Injectors?
  10. A simple way to avoid jumping, changing at -20. Don't wait until the battery dies, just replace it every 4 or 5 years. You will have to replace it sooner or later so why wait for it to die. This is what I do and changing the battery in nice weather every 4 or 5 years is the way to go IMO. Besides you just work the hell out of your alternator when it's dying.
  11. Why do you want to move it?
  12. Couldn't resist. Dreaming, I know.
