  1. Mowed the lawn today, and after doing so I sat down and had a couple nice cold beers. The day was really quite beautiful, and the brew facilitated some deep thinking on various topics. Finally I thought about an age old question: Is giving birth more painful than getting kicked in the testicles? Women always maintain that giving birth is way more painful than a guy getting kicked in the testicles. Well, after another beer, and some heavy deductive thinking, I have come up with the answer to that question. Getting kicked in the testicles is more painful than having a baby; and here is the reason for my conclusion. A year or so after giving birth, a woman will often say, "It might be nice to have another child." On the other hand, you never hear a guy say, "You know, I think I would like another kick in the nuts." I rest my case.
  2. Why Dogs Are Better Than Women 1. The later you come home, the happier your dog is to see you. 2. Dogs don’t care if you play with other dogs. 3. Dogs don't notice if you call them by another dog's name. 4. Dogs are excited by rough play. 5. Dogs don't mind if you give their offspring away. 6. If a dog is gorgeous, other dogs don't hate it. 7. Dogs like it when you leave lots of things on the floor. 8. A dog's disposition stays the same all month long. 9. Dogs understand that instincts are better than asking for directions. 10. Dogs don't want to know about every other dog you ever had. 11. Dogs enjoy heavy petting in public. 12. Dogs find you amusing when you're drunk. 13. A dog's time in the bathroom is confined to a quick drink. 14. Anyone one can get a good-looking dog 15. When a dog gets old and cranky you can put it to sleep
  3. If I turn it to "OFF" then let it spring back to the AUTO position my DRL's turn off. I have done it while in Drive and know it works that way (while sitting in traffic with my foot on the brakes I can see my lights go off in the reflection in the car in front of me). They stay off until I spring the knob to the left again to re-enable auto lights or until I shut off and restart the truck (which re-enables them too). Mine works this way. If I manually turn them off, day or night they are off until a restart or switch is turned. 2012 Sierra.
  4. ARE Commercial. All aluminum, light, strong, full length doors. Easy access. I had one on my last truck for 21 years to work out of. Only replaced the gas door assist openers. Cap is in my signature.
  5. Put in Safelight, save $300? Pays for next one almost. Replace when bad, save $300.

  9. I was just saying a similar problem I know of. I know they are different motors.
  10. A relative bought a new Dodge with the Cummin's that has the same problem. They call it making oil. His will add a quart of diesel to the oil every 1k miles. He has been dealing with Dodge for over a year, still not fixed. Hopefully your fix goes better.
  11. Does the oil smell like gas? Does it rise 1/2 an inch than stop? Does it continue to rise as the mileage increases? 1 compression check 2 oil analysis
  12. 2500 would be safer and easier on the truck.
  13. Good Luck!
  14. Shouldn't have bought the Denali with mag ride IMO if those were your intentions.
  15. The wifes car has a cabin filter. To expensive for a new one IMO unless allergies are a factor. I bought some filter media and cut my own, way cheaper and better air flow. I think the cabin filters are to restrictive, more like an air cleaner filter for a motor.
  16. What ever the reason for this new style gas cap the truth is we will all deal with it at some time IMO. How about the new style gas cans.
  17. I think you have a sensor that is going bad. TPS maybe being it starts faster when throttle is pushed. Fuel pressure?
  18. Can't help with your question but would appreciate a link to the diagram you posted for the wiring plug schematic to see if it will work for my 2012.
  19. Hell Yeah!
