  1. I'm back in physical therapy for my left shoulder, hope it helps with the dexterity of my hand also.
  2. I have said this for a long time: "The takeaway, which he gets to at the end, is changing oil more frequently keeps oil cleaner and reduces wear."
  3. Shorter OCI's with better oil, not off the shelf oil, problem solved IMO. You know I like Amsoil.
  4. North Dakota blizzard of 1966
  5. Harbor Freight heat gun. mine has lasted a long time.
  6. My colon has been good that the doc put off more of them for 5 years.
  7. Same ole format.
  8. Just use better oil, Amsoil would be my choice if you plan on keeping it longer than many. https://www.amsoil.com/search/#q=0w20&t=totalProductsTab&sort=relevancy&numberOfResults=20
  9. I'm not going to debate or argue about this, what I will say is the US gives other countries a lot of money, cut that not health care.
  10. My story on thicker oil. We had a class A motorhome, 1986 with a big block Chevy engine. Engine was between the front seats like van, stuck in a hole. Oil cap 10W30. Living in Colorado and towing a boat I thought oil was to light. Pulling the gauntlet or known as I-70 through the Eisenhower tunnel with a 4 speed trans it would run at 4-5k for a while, don;t remember how long it took to climb this. Same story on other Colorado mountain passes. It was using oil, again don't remember how much to long ago. Enough that I switched to Valvoline 20W50 racing oil and a 2 quart spin oil filter to get another quart of oil capacity. I always let it warm up after starting it for 5- 10 mins depending on temperature. Oil use stopped.

  12. Wednesday 7 inches, 11 degrees that morning.
  13. Had a talk with my doctor yesterday, I've been feeling very well. Surgery was cancelled, see how I do.
  14. Start saving, you should have serviced it sooner.
  15. You believe or you don't. A personal choice that shouldn't be debated.
  16. 9 degrees 2 inches this morning.
  17. My dad told me when I got my driver's license a vehicle is a big money pit. That will not change.
  18. We did the RV thing. Had 2 motor homes. Fun but expensive. I'm a Texas Holdem player, wife plays machines. Gambling is frustrating, but fun.
  19. I know that dilema onthereal. Used to plow with a Honda Rincon. Limited ability on the amount of snow you can push. I did the plow more than once to avoid not being able to push the snow. It's a weight factor IMO, my Side X Side weighs a ton and pushes snow a lot better. We had a wet snow last year that the ATV would have struggled with. The Side X Side didn't have a problem.
  20. Looking at oil change records, 3-6 months for 5k. Doctors appointments area big factor.+
