  1. Those rear leafs are meant more if you're towing. As far as shocks if I was you I would just get fox shocks from cognitomotorsports.com I have had the nitro shocks, adventure from fox, but the ones from cognito are way better. I am running fox coils up front and shocks on the rear
  2. finally getting around to installing my new speakers front and back to compliment the kicker vss I added Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Just got done installing my kicker VSS PowerStage system. It was actually very easy and straight forward to install and setup. Not a bad upgrade and actually gave me plenty of bass for my liking. Next is upgrading door speakers. Will probably order Kicker KS series since crutchfield.com has buy one get one half off
  4. I have the zone skid plate on mine. Its really hard to see the zone lettering once its mounted let alone the skid plate. I forget I even have it on
  5. I was looking at these online if you don't mind me asking what is the part number for this one
  6. Came out great so do the drl turn on all the time automatically or do you have to turn it on with a switch or something
  7. I have the 4.5" zone kit which is a rebrand of bds but also running the same coils, shocks, and arms as you. I love how my truck rides. I also added bds leaf springs and removed the rear block so the rear end is a tad bid stiffer but no complaints
  8. oh ok it doesn't seem so bad now. Maybe i'll order some once i finish my sound system setup
  9. oh nice. I thought they were just plug and play? Good thing I didn't order them I don't have the patience to do wiring anymore lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Are those the winjet headlights?
  11. Is there a rear shackle drop that can give me around 1/2" of drop. I have a 4.5" lift with fox coils up front and rear bds leafs with no rear blocks and fox shocks. My rear end is about 1/4" higher out back. I want to be a little higher up front and would rather use a drop shackle in the rear as long as it doesn't affect rear travel.
  12. Just FYI if anyone buys a zone lift...dont waste your money with the plain zone shocks or "upgraded" nitro shocks. They are garbage, I recently had work done and put in fox shocks and i checked the nitro ones they removed. I was able to compress them with little to no effort and one on the rebound sounded like it was leaking. They have maybe 10k miles of simple street driving no offroad
  13. installed my cognito front upper control arms, bds glide leafs, and rear fox 2.0's to go alone with the front coils. Still need to level it out a bit Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. got my upper control arms in the mail today Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Has anyone personally installed bds leaf springs? If so can you guys pm I got some questions Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. If you wanna get rid of the front spacer you can buy the front fox coilovers for about $1700 which will eliminate the oem shocks/springs and spacer
  17. its looking good so far man!! Yeah it's too hot right now to do anything on the truck. I really want to do the leafs and rear shocks. Shouldn't take too long right Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. That's good to hear. Any full pictures of the truck? I really wanted to go with deaver leafs but I am always impatient and ended up with the bds leafs because I am tired of my rear leafs sounding like they are going to break. I will install the new leafs and shocks throughout the week when I get off work if its not too hot
  19. That setup is money. Saw the post by 454motorsports on IG and looks good!!
  20. just a simple setup: 4.5" lift 35" Toyos 17x8.5 Methods Fox 2.5 front coils Fox 2.0 rear shocks (not installed) BDS glide leafs (not installed) Cognito UCA (not installed)
  21. Thanks! So far i am really happy with the coilovers. It's much better than before. I will see how it feels once i put on all the other suspension parts
  22. I ended up just going with some cognito UCA, maybe later down the road i will try the bajakits. I had the basic 4.5" lift. I put the fox 2.5 coils with resi's and drove from Cali to Utah and back this past week. truck drove awesome and i no longer had that front end dip that trucks do on rolling sections on the road. the front end stayed firm and level. On my way back i picked up the fox 2.0 rear shocks and bds leaf springs to replace my shitty leafs. i will install them at some point this week
  23. Is anyone running bajakits upper control arms on here?
