  1. if you don't want something too crazy and different than all the other kits go for a 4" lift kit from bds or zone lift kit
  2. If you have an exhaust you will probably barely hear it unless during wot. If you just have oem exhaust and intake only them you'll likely be hearing it more but i don't think its obnoxious or too "throaty" i have a airaid
  3. I'll check in a bit and let you know. It should fit fine. When i go to my parents place the truck fits fine height wise and its 7' i think
  4. Im running the same lift as you. I am running 20x9 +1 fuel mavericks. At first I was running Toyo Open country's in a 33" size and did not rub or need any trimming at all. For my liking the truck with those 33's had the "rubber band" look to it which is not my thing. So i went with the same Toyo's but in 35's. The 35s did require very slight trimming on the inner fender mud flap area with you can't even see. I also had to zip tie and pull the front fender liner just a tad bit. With the 35's and 33's the front wheels do stick out past the fender about 1" and the rears stay pretty flush with the fenders. So far i havent had any rocks thrown up and messed the paint cause of the front fenders but there's plenty of tire shine and dirt that does get on my doors and mirrors. Hope this helps
  5. Hello, Does anyone know what the main differences are in the diablo intune CA version and the version available to every other state? I want to purchase one but i don't know if there are any benefits between the two. I am in CA and wonder if its easier to buy one used off here or just a CA version. Thanks
  6. I am currently running a zone 4.5" lift with fuel 20" wheels on 35s. I will be switching over to a mid travel suspension and some 17x8.5 wheels on 35s. Goal is eventualy have some more body, engine, and interior mods
  7. Current setup before i switch it up
  8. Just did the zone 4.5" lift on my 2015 1500. Switched out my 33s with 35s and they work I haven't trimmed anything yet but it will need little trimming on the inner fender lining. Running 20x9 +1 fuels FYI for people thinking of zone lifts. Rides better than stock
  9. So I bought my hid kit from the retrofit source. I bought the Silverado specific one for my truck. Silverado '15. My kit did not come with the resistor thing. On the online intructions it shows one should be included. Oh and I also have a slight humming or buzzing sound that goes away once I turn off the hids. Idk if that's related to not running a resistor or what not Just wanted to see if others running the same kit did get that resistor thing. My lights flicker here and there but for the most part stay on fine at night. Just installed last night so I can't call trs to ask them Thanks
  10. Bought the LED fog lights from the retrofit source. They were plug n play but I don't recommend them. The light output is crisp and clean. My problem was with the mounting brackets. The brackets don't use the screws like the oem ones. Instead there's 2 small little nipples that kinda click in. That's it. The oem fogs use 3 mounting tabs and the retrofit ones use 2. I ended up using zip ties to hold on the foglight housing onto the oem brackets because with the 2 nipples they'll pop off with road vibrations. There's also no real way to adjust the lights Oh and this was installed on my 2015 Silverado 1500. I'll try uploading pics tomorrow.
