  1. GM SUVs vs the competition

We just picked up a ‘19 Denali XL today to replace our 16. We went absolutely identical in as many ways as we could. The ultimate package wheels are a little different and the grille is different, but hopefully people won’t notice we’ve changed...(The old one had 120,000 miles, so we thought it was about time). Honestly, we would have considered a Navigator were it not for the eco boost and the high price. The Expedition is ugly and has that motor again. The Suburban didn’t offer anything different, so really that was all we saw as options... If we weren’t so used to the excellent size of the XL we would maybe go down the European route. My side of the family have Porsche and Audi SUVs and love them, but they don’t have much space at all! As a curveball we actually looked at a ‘19 Ram Powerwagon with a topper, but it was a little too tall for my 4’10” wife to lift our 1yr old lol! Side note. Our Yukon developed a 6” crack in the windshield about five miles from the dealership, so I guess she gets to go back tomorrow [emoji1750]‍[emoji3603] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  2. The first pic is my 17 6.2 8sp with 42,000. It has a 1.5” front level, Corsa exhaust and Hypertech canned tune, AFM off. I recently fitted 33” A/Ts and have dropped less than 1mpg. It consistently reads 10% high compared to hand calculations. This is my wife’s 2016 Denali XL with same drivetrain but stock and 110,000 miles. Her computer comes out extremely close to hand calculating Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  3. Tire pressure for temperature extremes

Thanks guys. Yeah, the tires are Dynapros and have a max of 44. I haven’t had a/t tires in about 8yrs, and want to get the most out of them. Ironically my stock tires wore out in the centers like they were over-inflated, but I thought kept them adjusted well [emoji1744]‍[emoji3603] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  4. Hey guys. At this time of year in Kansas we have temperatures going from the teens in the morning to the 60s in the afternoon. The result is 32 psi tires on the way to work and 35 on the way home. 35psi is my preferred temp. Would you guys over-inflate so they are a little low in the morning and a little high in the afternoon? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  5. Help me with tires.

I have 275/60r20 Hankook atm on my 6.2 and they are great! I’ve only put 3,500 miles on them so far and they are quiet, comfortable and I’ve only taken about a 1.5mpg hit. Seem good in snow too [emoji1744]‍[emoji3603] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  6. Fittin 33s

1.5” front level only. No trimming, no rubbing. 275/60r20 Dynapro A/Ts. Stock wheels. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  7. Just got some 275/60r20 Dynapro ATMs put on today with my stock wheels. I have 1.5” SuspensionMAXX front level and there is no rub whatsoever. I’m over the moon! [emoji869] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  8. Ooooooh! That system is supposed to be great! Yup, I’ll be signing up for that for sure! [emoji41] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  9. Will be replacing my wife’s Yukon when the nbs comes out, so won’t have to worry about deciding my favorite T1 truck yet. I do like the Silverado a lot in person, but will probably stick to GMC because we like our dealer. Hopefully by the time I replace my 17 they will have ponied up and offered adaptive cruise as an option [emoji849] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  10. Show Us Your 2019 & Up T1 Pictures !

On my street one of my neighbors just got a 19 LTZ and another just got a 19 Denali. I have some serious envy going on all of a sudden [emoji19] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  11. Post Pics of Your 2014+

I was in touch with them the other day about a set of 22 replicas. Seem like a good bunch! [emoji106] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  12. Hey guys. I ordered some “6.2L” emblems and want to mount one to my Denali grille. I reckon I’m going to dremel out an appropriate area of the honeycomb and bond a piece of black plastic on the backside of the hole so I can put the emblems there. Do y’all think a two part resin would hold up enough? I’m planning to have probably a 3/4” overlap all around so the honeycomb doesn’t become too flimsy. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  13. My wife has managed over 100,000 miles on hers with no problems, but if I have any issues with mine outside warranty I’ll definitely get a delete kit and standard shocks... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  14. Identify this tool please

Random question, but you guys are a wealth of knowledge so it’s worth a shot. Found this tool laying on top of the motor of my wife’s car when I popped the hood. What the hell is it? I think it looks like a super heavy duty trim tool 🤷🏻‍♂️ Her car is a 2018 Mini Cooper S if it makes any difference... Thanks guys Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  15. Fuel fill flapper broke!

Oven cleaner cap... Perfect! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
