  1. Thank you! I love it too, I actually founded the NorthSky Blie Club here I think they did a fantastic job with this one too zoom in and check out the reflection of the branches on the hood.....trying to decide whether or not to have her ceramic coated or just wax her every once and a while
  2. Here she is....
  3. Thanx man. That's plenty good for me
  4. Right, that's what I meant, thanx
  5. Yes it is!! But, as far as the Eaton locker, I still have electronic locking rear, correct?
  6. Another thing, and please correct me if I'm wrong. This truck, having skid plates as an option from the factory could be classified as a Z71, correct? Isn't the main feature of the Z71 skid plates? I know 1500 has the bigger air filter I think but, what all exactly makes a 2500 a Z71 besides Skid Plates?
  7. Man oh man, just drove mine home tonight. Very, very, impressed! Was coming from a 2019 LT Z71 1500. This 2500 is a Custom, with the Custom Value Package, Gooseneck/5th Wheel Package, Safety Convenience Package and Skid Plates. She isn't a smooth as my 1500 of course, but she ain't bad either! Actually, I was worried about not having power seats, as I'm 5' 8" but, honestly it's perfect. And more interesting this seat is more comfy than the one in my 1500. At any rate, the truck is as new as it can get. It just arrived by train from Flint, Michigan this Tuesday and at the dealership yesterday. Build date was last month. I am extremely happy thus far. Not as peppy as my 8 speed 1500, but still plenty of power!
  8. Saw a video of one and the guy loved it! I've also saw where it says it will not void your warranty either. But, it also said to take it off before taking it to the dealership. What say yall gang?
  9. Lol, there ya go! I'm gonna have a flowmaster on mine too
  10. I read that LT & below models use hydraulic assit power steering and LTZ & High Country have Electric assist power steering. Prolly won't notice from what I tow, but it does make me wish I had the electric assist.
  11. Really cool article. Thank you.
  12. Very good info on the new tranny. Had no idea.
  13. Mine too
  14. I had thought of that. But, I already sold my 1500 Honestly, I have little doubt that it'll be a lot better. But, I will keep ya posted.
  15. Sure makes sense to me. That 2500 has more beef
  16. Sounds good guys! I'll pick up my new 2500 Custom tomorrow. Gonna be the same Northsky Blue as my 19 1500 was. I really like that color. But, was really suprised they did away with the Cajun Red Tincoat.
  17. Lol, yup. Our trailer was 6500 pounds brand new without anything in it. We hauled it home with my 19 1500 and it was working her pretty good. Tomorrow, I'm getting a new 21 2500 That 2500 besides that awesome 6.6 gasser has enough ass on her to where she won't be shoved around like that 1500, nor will she strain as much going over mountains. I agree with your post 1,000%
  18. Does anyone here have a Custom with Safety Confidence Package and Custom Convenience Package? If so, how do you like it? Because minus power seat, and dual climate controls, it's pretty much an LT as far as features go I think? Plus, one equipped like that has Sirius XM as well.
  19. Thank you. That's a real relief.
  20. So, I'm concerned gang, the one I'm seriously considering buying is a Custom. And, as we know, they don't have power seats. I'm 5'8" am I gonna have to get something to freakin sit on to see good, or is it not a problem for you guys that are 5' 8" ?
  21. I hear ya man. Don't blame ya. Me, it's just gonna have to do. Of course, I'll just be towing all said and done maybe 8k pound travel trailer - conventional, not goose neck.
  22. Ok gang, I'll have a new 2021 Custom in the next week or two. Should I be able to go with the above? The Sealight Laxmas H11 & H9?
  23. I've found a nicely equipped Custom but, ill be damned if I can find an LT with the gas engine Actually I found 1 in South Charlotte, but it had the 17" wheels......
  24. What do yall think about the 6 speed tranny? Would it be better served with a 10 speed or does Chevy know what they're doing?
