Can anyone tell me about how much it will cost to replace the halogen headlights with led's?

Yup. It really should. And, like I said, that 2500 is just built stronger. She won't be shoved around like a 1500

I just posted a thread about the same thing. Just found my answer. Gas it is!! I'll be towing a 33ft 8500 pounds me my wife and 11 year old daughter. Going from a 2019 1500 5.3 to the 2500 6.6 gas, I belive that should be a good difference and plenty enough power, plus the best thing imo, the 2500 alone has enough ass on it to not be shoved around.

So, the wife has really caught the camping/rv bug. That being said, we bought a new Jayco 33ft travel trailer at 7,000 pounds. Of course it will be more than that after loaded. Prolly 8k pounds all said and done maybe 8500, just not sure. At any rate, we hauled it home with my 2019 5.3 and although she is rated for 12k? She was or at least felt like she was working to do it. So, I'm going to look at a 2021 2500 6.6 gas 401hp 474tq? Am I gonna notice a big difference in ease of pulling do yall think? I would love to have a Duramax but, its just out of my league. I'm just hoping that the 6.6 gas is worth it.....

So, its been over a year actually- I brought her home on June 29th, 2019. I have a little over 16,000 miles. She's a 5.3 LT Crew 4x4 Z71 And, I'm just as happy as I ever was. Prolly even more so. This has by far and away been the best vehicle I've ever bought. I've had 2 Silverado's before this one. An 03 and an 07 Classic. Both were awesome! They were fantastic trucks. But, this new '19 just takes the cake. I can get up 25mpg. Since Covid19 I don't drive as much, but I still get around 22mpg. Thats just incredible, especially so considering how fast the are! And bigger and stronger!! Looks like the honeymoon stage is here to stay....

Cant really remember right now. But, theres hardly ANY RECOIL. Talk about staying on target....this thing is a machine! And, smooth as silk.

I'm just fine and dandy with DFM Thos is with 89 octane I might possible could've squeezed 600 miles out of a tank! That's incredible compared to 375 miles as before on my 07 Classic, that got a damn respectable 17/19

Dude, I really dont. I just know that mine does on every remote start when it's cold. Really wish I could be of more help.

One thing for sure, when foing down a steep mountain that downhill assist button does great! I prolly would worry with a manual shifting unless I was carrying a heavy load.

I never said Z71 had anything to do with it. Just letting him know what I had. Heck, some trucks now from what I understand ( Silverado/Sierra )come without 4 LOW

You should have it on that LT Trail Boss. I have a regular LT, and its got it too. Edit * I should add, my LT also has the Z71 package too. Just not sure about ALL Trims.
