  1. So , I edited this thread to include all 3rd Gen (2023 - 2025) Colorado and Canyon owners to HOPEFULLY get a little activity on here. Don't be bashful!!
  2. Pretty dead around here!
  3. After over 25 years of owning fullsized GM trucks, I just purchased a 2025 Colorado Z71. I have been a faithful member of GM-Trucks.com for several years now. But after buying the Colorado, I noticed there isn't a lot of 3rd Gen model year Colorado/Canyon activity on the forum. And especially discussions related to the newest model year, 2025. I know they haven't been available for that long, but there has to be more owners than has been represented here on the forum. If you are out there and have recently purchased a 3rd Gen Colorado or Canyon let's hear from you! Let us know what you have. Provide as much details as you want. And post up some pics if you have them. I'll start ...... I bought a Black 2025 Colorado Z71. The options included; Sunroof, Z71 Convenience Package III, & 20" High Gloss Black Wheels. I negotiated a free Spray-In Bedliner as well. I also installed a set of Rough Country Nerf Steps today. The interior size is definitely different from my previous 2105 Silverado LTZ Crew Cab, but now that I am retired, and the kids have flown-the-coop, I think this downsizing isn't going to be an issue. I am very impressed with the performance and drivability of the TurboMax engine, and the ride and comfort are more than acceptable. I just have to learn how to use this Infotainment system and all the gauge options. Here are a few pics......
  4. My 2015 Silverado LTZ (77K miles) radio and DIC started changing screens on its own and I came here and found this thread! THANKS to everyone that contributed! After a lot of online reading, I decided to change the touch screen digitizer. I found a company out of Florida called CueScreens that manufactures a higher quality digitizer for $99 (Amazon). I went to their website and read about their product vs the cheaper Chinese options that are available. For me, it was worth the extra cost for the peace of mind. After watching several of the YouTube videos, I swapped out the old digitizer with the new CueScreens one on Saturday. As of my trip to work this morning, I have not had any further "ghosting" with my radio or DIC. Here are a couple of links .... 5. Glad you got yours fixed!! I also changed my thermostat since I was already changing the temp sensor. Wasn't that difficult to do both.
  6. Just curious if you were able to resolve your issue? I just had the same this happen with my 2015 Silverado 5.3L. After a bit of research, I changed my coolant temp sensor and thermostat, and everything is working properly now.
  7. SORRY for the delayed reply! Road noise isn't anything worse than the BFG K02s, and I didn't have any issues with them at the time.
  8. Mine have been super smooth! You might consider getting your wheels checked. Bent wheel(s) could cause this. Also a high speed balance would be worth checking into. GOOD LUCK! Keep us posted!
  9. Not at all. Similar to the KO2s. Maybe even a little quieter!
  10. It has been a while since I visited the Forum. Recently I was doing some research on replacement tire options for my 2015 Silverado. My last two sets of tires have been BFGoodrich KO2 in 275/60R20 (33"). For the most part, I have been very pleased with the performance of this tire. The only issue I had was once they started getting close to replacement the ride comfort and wet handling performance deteriorated very quickly. This poor performance started even with reasonable tread width. I kept them rotated every 6k to 8K miles. So, this brings me to the purpose of this thread. After a lot of research, I decided to give Falken WildPeaks a try. I read nothing but high praises for the A/T3W version, but I started seeing reviews on the newer A/T4Ws so I decided to give them a try. Since I didn't find any threads on the forum related to the A/T4Ws I decided to start this thread. I am not a tire performance expert by any means. My following comments are based on how they look and feel. Also, keep in mind I got these installed about 2 weeks ago. Tire Size: 275/60R20, installed on 20" stock Silverado wheels. My Crew Cab is a 4x4 (non-Z71) LTZ model. The only suspension upgrade is a 2.25" ProComp Leveling Kit. I really like the aggressive tread on the A/T4W version. Similar to the 3W, but appears to be more beefy lugs. Tread depth is incredible Very smooth riding. I would have to say better than I remember the KO2s when I first got them. We had a significant rain just after I got them. I noticed excellent handling especially in high standing water areas. I do very little offroading since we moved to Florida, so I have no feedback to provide. I will continue to provide updates as available. If you have installed the A/T4Ws please feel free to provide us your feedback. I'll provide some pics soon! UPDATE: Pic added
  11. Thanks, The picture was taken at Hendrick Motorsports. They spend a lot of lawn care and it shows!! My truck is definitely Brownstone Metallic. When clean, it changes color depending on the light conditions. That day I took the pics the sun was pretty intense so it looked a lot lighter. On cloudy days it is more brown.
  12. Resurrecting this old thread. Still enjoying my 2015 Brownstone LTZ Crew Cab. Took a few pics over at Hendrick Motorsports. Want to share a few...
  13. Thanks for the info! Pretty cool design!!
