This post peaked my curiosity so I looked at my trucks value. Paid $30,535 before Tax, Tag, etc. Carvana offer was $39,571 after 15 months of ownership and 15,100 miles. Talked to a dealer and they are willing to match that offer. Looks like I'm heading back to a smaller SUV with some cash in my pocket. Going to look at it after work today.
Wow - that is quite a big job for something so small. I'll probably pass on saying anything. I have just become aware of the placement of my visor when putting it up and it has seemed to help avoid the issue.
Why not go to the dealer and hop in another 6.2 and listen to it. If the service guy is telling you that is what all of them sound like then it should be an easy comparison. That way you can determine if it sounds the same. If its every time the AC turns on then it should be a quick item to check
Lifetime average for me is 22.3. Hand calc and not the computer. Mainly highway driving without much traffic with COVID. http://www.fuelly.com/car/chevrolet/silverado_1500/2020/jason14227/984531 I expect that to go down as traffic starts to pick back up the next few months.
I have never ordered a vehicle before but do you really not know what you are going to pay before you sign up for it? What happens if incentives suck in April and you end up paying $10k more than what you thought? Walk away from it?
I purchaed a short antenna on amazon or ebay. Reception is fine and I can now pull into the garage without that huge stock antenna hitting the door every time. Link to the one i purchased: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07KY6D9VG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
