  1. has anyone figured out a way to trigger the cameras from one of the unused buttons? Now, even with the camera icon in the infotainment system moved to the first screen its still always a 2 step procedure, id love to be able to hit one button or icon to call up the cameras.
  2. Had it in the 2014 5.3, I just got rid of. Dealer spent lots of time trying to find it. It is not the flapper valve. My dealer thinks it's in the tranny, but mine stop after it warms up. The dealer said they need it to happen more, to try to find it. Crazy, one of final reasons I got rid of it.
  3. 2014 SLE, nav, spray in liner. As I picked her up last sat, went back wed-fri to address frame rust, and seat. Seat still moves, and they did a halfassed job on the rust. I'll do it myself! Mounted the rack and toolbox today
  4. I searched and didn't see this referenced. There is a new TSB concerning frame rust like I'm showing. I got this I from a friend that's a gm mechanic. 14002A: Service Update for Inventory and Customer Vehicles - Underbody Appearance - Expires with Base Warranty - (Feb 10, 2014) This bulletin provides a service procedure to inspect and, if necessary, repair the appearance of underbody components on certain 2014 model year Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 vehicles that may not meet GM appearance requirements for new vehicles. These vehicles may exhibit signs of premature surface degradation on certain underbody components. This service procedure should be completed as soon as possible on involved vehicles currently in dealer inventory and customer vehicles that return to the dealer for any type of service during the New Vehicle Limited Warranty coverage period Vehicles Involved All involved vehicles are identified by VIN in the Global Warranty Management System – Investigate Vehicle History Application. Dealership technicians should always check this site to confirm vehicle involvement prior to beginning any required inspections and/or repairs. It is important to routinely use this tool to verify eligibility because not all similar vehicles may be involved regardless of description or option content. Additionally, a list of involved vehicles currently in dealer inventory is available on the “Service Update Bulletin Information” link under the “Service” tab in GM GlobalConnect. Customer vehicles that return for service, for any reason, and are still covered under the vehicle's base warranty should also be checked for vehicle eligibility.
  5. My new truck excitement quickly wore off, apparently like the frame coating on my 2014 Sierra. Came off the lot sat, it's got 200 miles on it today, and this is what I found in 2 minutes of looking can't wait to see what's under there when I really look. I'll talk to the dealer tomorrow, and see what they say, I'll assume the'll says it's normal. The next question is how hard do I push? For TSB repair, or take back the truck.
