  1. I did not powdercoat, but I did plasti-dip them red to see if I’d like it. I definitely do like them more. I assume it would peel of easily, but it’s an easy solution. Not sure how that affects your potential offer. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Same setup I was thinking about. What size are you going with? Originally wanted Ridge Grapplers but toyos seemed to get better snow rating. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. I like the OEM black rims, but I’m not against trying some aftermarket. Just haven’t been able to find a set that I would definitely like more. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Curious as well. I did plasti-dip the x-31 badge and immediately removed it. It just looked like a little black blob back there. It may be because the truck is white though. I’ve also contemplated just taking them completely off. Some trucks look really good with them removed, but afraid the white would look too much like a base work truck. Maybe a higher gloss would be better depending on color? Back to the point, sorry, I’ve also searched and haven’t found any yet. If I do I’ll update. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Maybe I missed it, but could you list your setup if you get a chance? Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I’ve also had a leveling kit for a month or two and already know I want the lift instead too, haha. Nice truck. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Haha, I’ve asked this question also. It does seem like the collective knowledge base here could provide a quicker answer. Probably would take less time to type 275/60/20(not the answer). [emoji23][emoji23] I’ve researched, and haven’t necessarily found a 100% solid (to me) answer. Depends on rims too, and the height of mine after leveling isn’t as high as some I’ve seen, measured from ground to fender. So, I’ll probably be conservative and go rims and stock sized, more aggressive tires. I don’t want to trim anything. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. I suppose without a center console organizer that could get pretty cluttered, but I love the size of that thing. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Haha, also coming from a 16 Tacoma, so this thing is huge. I kind of agree with that top of dash storage. Not super useful for things you don’t want to cook, or melt. Not really sure what to put up there, I lose some spare sunglasses in that pit. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. I’m admittedly not the sharpest crayon in the box, so I’m full of dumb questions. I’m looking to keep just a 2” level on a 2020 Sierra Elevation. Pretty sure I’ve determined size tire that won’t require any modifications. Now, I’m curious as to how close to neutral/slightly negative offset I could get without rubbing. I’ve browsed through the Custom Offsets gallery, but like a previous question I had it doesn’t seem to always be the same for everyone. All the different models, levels etc. make it tough. Question is could you simulate a different offset by using spacers to determine whether there would be enough room? Seems cheaper to test that way than to order rims and figure it out then. I’m mechanically disinclined, and new to the stuff. Sorry....but won’t be my last stupid question haha. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Interested as well, if anyone has a YouTube link or anything. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Really like the look. Would love to do something similar, I probably don’t need as aggressive a stance, but some poke would be nice. Any trimming whatsoever makes me pretty nervous. I leveled a 20 Sierra with Rough Country, I think I’m at 3’2” or 3’3” but I’ll have to recheck. Thanks for the info! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Very nice. Trail boss? Or started at normal height? Need to trim a lot? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Is the fog light bezel from the AT4 and up, something you can add to lower trims or is a completely different setup? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. I’m apologizing now....I’m sorry....there’s just so much information in this thread. [emoji1750][emoji1750] 2020 Sierra Elevation 2” level....what’s the biggest tire with zero trimming? Most likely Ridge Grapplers on 20 inch stock wheels, and/or 18 inch that I would potentially get. After looking through pictures, I like the look of more tire. There are so many variations, Trail Boss, AT4, lifts, levels, stock, rim size...on and on haha. Again, I’m sorry, haha, skip it if it irritates you, no hate needed. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. What kind of additives are you using? Curious and would like to look at it. I’m not so good with the truck stuff [emoji23]. Learning though, haha. I just changed my own oil for the first time...ever. [emoji1750]This thread basically pushed me to do it. Lots of good, sometimes conflicting, information. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Is this stock height? Sorry if I missed a previous post. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. The wraps look great. What are they like to get off? Leave a bad residue or comes off pretty clean? Thanks for any knowledge! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Leveled my 20 Elevation, ready to fill those gaps with some new tires. [emoji2371] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Hahaha, I apologize, I really wasn’t directing it at you specifically just many forum responses in general. So, no sir, you did not say that, not twisting anything. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. It’s why it’s so easy to paint this truck, or any truck in a given forum, as bad, or unreliable. Those without problems or a negative view are less likely to chime in. I try to take every group of reviews with a grain of salt. I mean, I researched and didn’t even drive another full size before trying and buying this one, haha. It’s possible that ignorance of the competition lets me enjoy it, but whateva, haha. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Yep, sure would. Although...I’ve only owned it for a month haha. I have the 20 crew cab Elevation. The size and ride are great, just generally more comfortable than the 16 Tacoma I had. I really did like that truck, but wanted to try full size, and like others said, I got a stupid good trade in deal. The Tacoma had a park/neutral switch failure that made it un-drivable, just out of warranty. Wouldn’t stop me from buying another Toyota. ****** happens. As of now, if I stay full size, I’ll get another GM, next time I’ll know I like it and I’ll move up to a trim level or two. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Those are awesome, great job. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Has anyone run the Kenda Klever RT? Was looking at Ridge Grapplers, but the Klever also has a look I want. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. Is that an overlay or a whole new badge? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
