Wanted to get some thoughts from people who have hardwired their dash cams, and specifically anyone who has a Nexar dash cam as well. I already found a great thread which was super useful but wanted to see other thoughts out there. I see there is the plug on the passenger side that I can tap into for power, but what about the garage door buttons? Can I get power from there? If so where do I need to tap into for it? Any help is appreciated!

Actually one of the guys earlier in this thread did make it work with his CAI he had. He retrofitted his CAI box to work with the seal on the hood.

Has anyone done this on the 2019/2020 Trail Boss? Looking to see if the 2500HD hood from 2020 will be a direct swap of hood, minus the springs and few other parts?

Hello all! First time getting around to buying a Chevy. Was finally able to locate a 2020 TB in Summit White with 6.2L motor out of Idaho after being turned down by GM in May for a special order. Put the deposit down and signing paperwork tomorrow, then just have to send the transport company over to pick it up! Been on the forums for quite some time from all the vehicles I have owned. Been sneaking around the forum for awhile and decided to finally join (4 months later....). Lots of good info from everyone and excited to finally get my truck and start modding! Already have a spreadsheet with everything laid out ready to go.
