    Did they splice the module into the wiring or just use an adapter and plug it into to bumper plug? The module didn’t work for me splicing it into the trailer as I was told to do by GM

    In response to your other issue, not connecting with trailer. Please elaborate on that. Mine disables the trailer brakes. Of course dealer and gm “it’s your trailer”. But it isn’t. It’s an issue of the truck not working with electric over hydraulic brakes. I hooked to another trailer just like mine. Brakes didn’t work with that trailer either.

    I have both the curt/gm one and the b&w. The b&w is nicer as you don’t have to touch the ball after it gets grease on it. The b&w is too tall to work with my Andersen hitch as stated above. Unfortunately neither fit well. They are both sloppy. I feel the trailer clunk ahead when I stop and clunk back as I start moving again. My 2019 truck did the same thing. The shank of the ball is too small

    200 mid thigh. Not bad on short trips but after an hour or so it almost hurts. Could feel them easily with your thumbs

    Had to pull the seat About 1 1/2 hours to do it.

    I took out the vibrators. Zip tied them up under the seat. Big improvement
