  1. Initially, last year, pressing the gas pedal a little seemed to occasionally help. Which is why I changed the injectors, thinking fuel is leaking into the cylinder and the increase airflow helps to clear it out on the first crank. But no, it doesn't help to start
  2. I'm stumped, and I've read all of the related post. Please help For about a year now, it doesn't start on the first crank. I changed the fuel pump a year ago and didn't want to lift the bed off again to change it. Also, occasionally I get a misfire on the #5 cylinder. Currently - changed Fuel Pump twice (delphi) - changed Injectors - occasional misfire started after I changed the fuel injectors - Truck does not have a FPR in the engine compartment - Truck starts on 2nd or 3rd crank - Priming using off/on method does not appear to improve 1st crank start - If truck was just recently turned off, I can bleed the pressure out of the Schrader valve and it will start on the first crank - I did not find any vacuum leaks using water or brake cleaner
