    I had a similar problem, brought it in and they wiggled the battery terminal connection, tightened it more, wiggled the connection, tightened it, and all the sudden the fan, radio, and blinkers turned on.

    I had the same problem, brought it in and they wiggled the battery terminal connection, tightened it more, wiggled the connection, tightened it, and all the sudden the fan, radio, and blinkers turned on. To fix the passenger side you need to hold the driver window switch down for 15 to 20 seconds, then up for 15 to 20 seconds.
