Been wanting to swap my jump seat for a console and I've been keeping an eye on car-part but I'm a little confused and wondering if anyone had advice... When looking on car-part I search for Silverado 1500 interior/console(front) but almost everything listed under that is the upper led/garage buttons. Is this the right spot? Also the few I have seen always look to be missing that fakeish wood trim pieces on the top sides, do I need to order those seperate? What is the full year/model list I can use for a 21 1500 lt? Ive had my truck for about 3 months now and for some reason today I just noticed my oil pressure jumping all around as I drove. I thought it was weird then my wife text me to say there was oil in the driveway today too. Any thoughts? Is this normal? Haven't been able to find this for our gen trucks. Got a good deal on new bumpers but they have sensor holes and I don't have sensors on my truck. Assuming there is no way to add front and rear parking sensors to an 1500 LT so is there any options for plugs to fake the sensors? Just beg a body shop for broke ones?

A level kit will void the warranty on any effected parts. If your engine blows, that's covered. If your UCA snaps, that's on you for leveling it.

Awesome, Thank you! He's actually keeping the rear blocks so could I just buy a rear lift for an LT and it would all stay kosher or do I 100% need rear steel leafs? I think I had read on another thread wither it was stock or blocked the rear leaf's should incur much of a difference if any at all, its roughly the same amount of connective area?

I guess to clarify a guy locally put a bds kit on his trail boss with 400mi and is selling all his stock parts for $100. Figured that would be easier and cheaper than any other lift I was looking at. Also as noted the lift is mainly for tires and ground clearance. Lots of cactus and Mesquite on the property.

I'm not going rock crawling or anything too wild but need to be able to get out on some property from time to time. Why pay 55 for a truck when I can get what I need for 43?

The big difference between a 2021 2wd LT and a 2021 Trail Boss is the length of the Cv axel, right? I should be able to install Trail Boss shocks, springs, and UCAs with no issue on my 2wd LT, right? Also once doing that upgrade I would be looking at the Ready Lift 1.75 level kit made for the Trail Boss, not the LT anymore, right?

I got a 2.5" upper shock mount level kit for $50 but looks like UCA set for the lift is $400...Should I just drop another like $200 and buy a full proper kit?

That's what has me confused. I thought the body of a 2019-2021 was the same but the 2021 Silverado 1500 lt isn't listed while a 2020 is.

Long shot but did anyone get all black and wish they would have went chrome? Limited by shrinking dealer inventory I got a Texas Edition LT with the interior I wanted knowing I can easily swap the rest. If you're anywhere near Austin, TX and wanna trade bumpers or grills hit me up! Looking for mosaic black preferably.

Newer to Chevy but I've been swapping radios on my cars/trucks for the last 15 years. I had a sony xav-ax5000 as my last head unit and there was a 3.5mm that came off my harness in my Ford escape that just sent simple analog signals from the steering wheel. Chevy complicates this because my dash screen shows the volume up/down and what music is currently playing however I have the lt trim with the 8" hd radio. It seems completely insane that gm would make a head unit specifically designed to not work with steering controls for lower level trims if they are all 7" stock. Crutchfield has nothing for aftermarket radio/harness on our trucks. Has anyone traced back a wiring diagram from steering wheel to radio?

You can buy 12v outlets fairly cheap online then just use t-tap/posi-tap fittings to steal power from your stock wiring. I would recommend an easily serviceable in-line fuse so you don't burn anything up but the pull off that unit shouldn't be too much to handle. If you are only wanting it powered up when you're backing up there may be something activated when you shift into reverse because of the standard back up cam.

I am working on blacking out my truck and found a bumper that was removed with less than 500 miles for a lift gate that is all black but comes off a 2500. It looks like aftermarket all fit both for the 2019-2021 models but will the stock be a seamless swap? I found in other sites they would bolt up fine but fit the same was the 1500 does but they were answering the question about older models. Thank you

Hey all! Just got my truck and loving it so far. Accidentally figured out I have wireless android auto and in love with that! Question being if I quick press the voice button I get some Chevy/GM voice prompt and if I long press I get the Android Assistant. Is there any way to disable the GM stuff and only get Android Assistant?
