I have my 2020 sierra 1500 at4 6.2 its under 38k miles had it towed because had some service lights come, i was due for an oil change and dealer said I missed maintenance at 32k miles for engine flush, brake flush and allignment for $380, do i need any of this? I have 100k mile warranty so not sure if its needed.

I had all of these come one yesterday then i drove it back home and the truck was rough idling, had it towed. Dealer called me this morning said it had a misfire and they would call me back
