  1. I keep mine under my tinfoil hat!
  2. I traded my 2021 AT4 in on a 2025 ZR2 with the baby max. Mine had the recall and just didn't want to go through the hassle.
  3. Yes it was corrected in 2024, July or August I think but the truck I traded off was a 2021 in the early part of the recall range
  4. 41500 which was about what book tradein value was. They had it marked down over 6500 plus 1250 money from GM and 0% financing sealed the deal.
  5. Thanks for the reply Transient. On Saturday I looked at an 2025 AT4X with the exact same tires I am looking at and he said there was no rubbing anywhere. I believe the AT4X and ZR2 have the same setup mechanically on the front end but not positive. I guess there can be small differences in building it too that might create issues. There is a local store that does a buy 3 get 1 free sale a couple times a year so might order a set and see how it goes.
  6. Well, I knew 2 people that had their 6.2l blow and both were told a wait time of 2+ months before parts would come in so decided to trade my 2021 AT4 in for a new Chevy 1500 ZR2. Over reaction ? Maybe but didn't want to chance getting stuck waiting months with a crappy loaner just to hope it all gets put back together properly with no issues in the future. It will be a little bit of a change getting used to the baby max engine, the throttle tip in definately is different but so far the ride is amazing and first tank fuel economy was 6 mpg better than my old 6.2l typically got. Still not 100% on the blue color, I'm usually more of a blacked out truck like my old one but it is growing on me more and more. Just need to fit some 34s to fill up the wheel wells better.
  7. SOLD. Thanks Phil!
  8. For sale set of exhaust bezels taken off a 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4. Only used for couple months before switching them out for black ones. Excellent shape. $100 shipped
  9. For sale set of Recovery Hooks from Chevy 1500 ZR2. Switched at dealer before bought the truck so brand new. Black on hooks in pic is grease. $60 shipped.
  10. Thanks, will check it out.
  11. No one has upside tires on a stock ZR2?
  12. I looked through numerous threads and didnt see an answer specific to a ZR2. I'm picking up a 2025 ZR2 this weekend and am thinking about upsizing tires to 295/70/18s. Has anyone had rubbing issues using this size on a ZR2?
  13. Start/stop eliminator only, doesn't disable AFM. I have had it for about 5 years on 2 trucks, a 2019 Denali and 2021 AT4 both with the 6.2l and worked great. Trading in the AT4 so don't need anymore. $60/shipped in the US
  14. It's one I've never worked with about 2 hours away. Had the ZR2 marked down about $8000 off MSRP so am giving them a shot. Will see how it goes but so far so good.
  15. I'm dumping my 6.2L 2021 AT4 with 37000 miles on Saturday for a 2025 chevy 1500 ZR2 with the diesel. They are giving me $43000 for trade, not bad
  16. So if no code is found and engine blows later would they honor the recall? We will see how much GM values their customers in how they handle this recall.
  17. Prices went up .20-.30 depending on location in the last 2 days. Most are at 3.19 for 87
  18. Ron, I live just south of you in Fargo and have used 91 ( Now 92 as Costco finally moved in a few years ago ) since 2015 in the last 3 trucks with the 6.2 with no issues. You will be fine. Hope you enjoy the truck!
  19. I have had a 2015 with about 55000 miles and 2019 that I traded in with around 19000 and now just over 20000 on my 2021 all with the 6.2 with no issues. Unfortunately it looks like you just got a "bad" one.
  20. When I had my 19 Denali I looked into getting one through my dealership a couple years ago. The listing for it at that time only showed it working on 20-21 models. He ordered it just to see if he could make it work. After it arrived he tried but said the wiring connection was different on the 20 and later models and without maybe splicing into a headlight wire he couldn't get it work which would of course void any future warranty claims on that if something happened. I decided to not do it to avoid possible problems later.
  21. Thanks! I appreciate the link. I tried searching online but mainly found details about the complete seat removal. It's supposed to get the safety lights installed the beginning of next week so hope to move into it on Thursday. It will be nice to get back into a 2500 after the companies failed experiment to switch to 1500s back in 2018 to save a few bucks.
  22. This one is actually my new work truck. It is a 2023 chevy 2500hd they ordered last March that just showed up in December. Its just a LT trim and the seats are cloth.
  23. Is there a way to remove just the seat and leave the the seat back of the rear seat on the passenger side? The part that is down is the one I'm looking to remove. I have a tool box I usually keep in this spot but don't see obvious way to remove the seat bottom.
  24. I run 275/70/18s with no rubbing. The difference in the speedometer is only about 2mph, really not worth the hassle to recalibrate. You really won't notice the difference.
