  1. I’ve been looking at Readylift. They make a 2” kit for the front and blocks for the back. Reviews are pretty good, I haven’t read anything bad. According to recent posts about the CV joint length, it shouldn’t be a problem as long as I stay at 2”. I would like to find the GM pieces but who knows if or when it might be available.
  2. I just got an email saying my order was canceled. The kit is on “indefinite back order”. It might be time to look at other options.
  3. Good to know. I have a friend that used to work at a dealer and he could look up part numbers for me. Hopefully I’ll be able to get one soon.
  4. I saw it on a few websites this weekend. I tried to order one place and it said discontinued. I was able to order from another and it canceled the order yesterday. I did order from another GM outlet yesterday and so far it hasn’t been canceled. Maybe they’re a few still around. Someone at a dealer with access to parts might know more.
  5. It looks like Im the last one to know the 84768243 has been discontinued. I ordered one last week and the order was canceled. I should have ordered it a few months ago.
  6. I called first thing this morning. They do have 2 available but they are apparently saving them for other trucks. Thanks for the info. One would think that if there’s a demand maybe they could make a few??
  7. I've checked online and no one seems to have the #84489271 conversion kit. Do you know where I might be able to get one of the few remaining kits? Thanks
  8. Awesome. So glad I found this thread. That is the only issue I've had with my truck in almost 5 months. It started right after I put in the Kicker subwoofer so I thought it was something sinister going on. I just left them out, I need to take it in for the brake recall and they can fix it then.
  9. Was this resolved? I just ordered this cover. This has been the only complaint I saw. Hope mine has no issues. Got a great price at tonneaucovered.com with a $100 rebate which will put the total at $760
  10. I also appreciate the input and the things I learned from reading all these posts. I installed mine today in my non-Bose 2020 LTZ. When I found this truck a couple of weeks ago I didn't care that it didn't have Bose or nav. I wasn't impressed with the Bose on my 2019 although previous trucks I've had w/Bose sounded OK. Install was no big deal, I used to install avionics many years ago. The part that sucked was tapping into the little plug that was tucked way out of the way. It took me most of the afternoon, mainly because I was trying to find out why there was an extra plug. I'm glad I checked the switches, 2 and 3 were down. I put all 6 up. After I finished it and fired it up I wasn't impressed. I moved the switches to 1-5 up and 6 down and it was much better. I also installed a bass control knob. It sounds pretty good to my aged ears. I listened to some Stones, Led Zeppelin, Doors, and other fine tunes from days gone by and I'm pleased.
  11. Ordered mine today for my 2020 Non-Bose LTZ. I wasn't impressed with the Bose on my 2019 SLT so I'm hoping this thing sounds pretty good.
  12. I'm selling the articulating boards I bought a few months ago. They are off a 2019 LTZ. I bought a set of Amp Research boards this week.
  13. That's great information. Thanks for researching it. Buying the chassis harness and stripping out what I need seems easier. I bet that's not a cheap harness.
  14. I've done some searching and stumbled across the 2019 GM Upfitter website. I did find some info on what they're calling the assist step module in Section 6-520-521. It shows the connector part numbers. Other than knowing that it didn't help much about knowing where to tap into the right harness and plug. These came off a 2019 LTZ so at least I have the correct control module.
  15. Does anyone have any information on retrofitting the 2019 boards? I just picked up a set and want to put them on my 19 SLT.
  16. Still waiting on the Pandora app.
  17. I bought a Ronin off Amazon. I had it on my Duramax and took it off before I traded it in on my 2019. The threads are the same.
  18. I bought a set from Auto Accessories Garage on July 5th. I finally had a guy start the installation today at a local truck accessory place. They have done quite a few. The guy called me back about an hour later and said that the ones I had (76154-01A) did not have the plug and play feature, just the original style. I've called AAG and they are supposed to be fixing it and sending me the missing stuff that my guy needs. Hopefully I'll have them installed by the weekend. I did get the rear drop shackles installed and it has evened out and looks better.
  19. If anyone is looking for the console organizer #22817343 they have them on Amazon for $39.49 shipped. I looked at some of the big GM parts dealer sights and they all wanted $35-40 plus $12 or so for shipping.
  20. That is a heckuva deal, I just did this. I figure I can get a few hundred for the set on it now to offset the grand I just spent. Thanks for posting this.
  21. So I don't like the factory steps at all on my 2014, they're clunky, stick out too far and to me they ruin the looks. I'm 6'1" and don't need them but my shorter wife does. On my 2011 extended cab I had installed a set of OEM Tahoe running boards and it looked so clean, they mounted flush and there wasn't a gap and it all flowed together with the lines of the truck if that makes sense. As I found out, the rocker panels for the Suburban and crew cab had all the mounting holes in the same place as did the Tahoe and extended cab. They bolted up perfectly once I got the hardware. I'm gonna ditch the ones on it now and try to find a set off a 2015 Suburban. No luck finding a set yet but a set will probably turn up sooner or later. Now I'm wondering if the factory running boards off the earlier generation Suburbans would bolt up. I wish a neighbor drove one so I could crawl underneath and take a look. They are not hard to find.
