  1. Saw this photo on MSN news about EV Silverado but this doesnt look like the EV. Has anyone else seen this version before? Google Lens shows it as a Silverado EV as well.
  2. Mine only has 2900 miles and I’ve only had it since Late October but my best mileage was 24 MPG. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. I have a Frontier. EDIT: the guys that installed It said it was a pain because it was a diesel. They said there was a lot of extra things they had to do. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I use what ever is cheap and I’m getting similar mileage, even with a bumper replacement on the front. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. It’s cold in Texas this week as y’all know. I have had my truck plugged in but it is outside under a carport. I went to start it today and it had a check engine light on. I thought it was just cold so I have left it at idle for a while to warm up. When I tried to move it beyond a slow idle it will die. OnStar ran a diagnostic and it shows P018B for the fuel pump. My truck only has 2900 miles and the tank is full. Could the cold we have be experiencing have anything to do with it? Thick Diesel? Edit: There is also a high pitched wine/whistle coming from under the fuel tank, it sounds like. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I know you can’t order it that way. I was wondering if anyone has retrofitted a tow mirror with the Blind Spot Alert but not power fold to an elevation with Blind Spot alert and standard mirrors. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. My new 2021 Elevation 3.0 Duramax. Added a Frontier Bumper, Black Rhino Wheels with Toyo Tires, Backrack and a Revolver bedcover. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Will it work on an IOR radio without an SD reader? 2021 Sierra Elevation Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Is there a mirror that can be added that will keep the driver alert sensors but won’t power fold? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Maybe he meant muffler but he said the one from GM Performance is much bigger than the Borla S-Type. Both are much smaller than factory. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. I had the GM Performance system on my 2019 AT4 5.3L. It’s not as aggressive as the Borla. I was told by the make ready manager at my store that the GM one has a huge resonator compared to the Borla S-Type. I would do either of those again. I did the Borla S-type over the GM one is I could get it cheaper. Both are great though but the Borla is more aggressive for sure. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. I had the Borla S-Type on my 2020 AT4 with 6.2L and loved it. No drone on the highway (the sound was noticeable but not annoying). Sounded great on start up and acceleration. 10/10 would do again. I traded for a 21 3.0L or I would still have it. If I did another gas I would do it again. It was worth the extra expense over some other brands. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Solved! I went to the GMC dealer and they looked under the hood and said “ it will be 10 days before we can look at it and would not even plug it in to the OBD scanner to see the code. I left and called the GM of the Cadillac dealer in town. He had me in and their tech just plugged the DEF hose back into the top of the DEF injector. The clip was broken so they are ordering a new one but he zip tied it closed so it would work until the part arrives. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Part 2: Today it rolled past the 65MPH limit now it shows 75 miles until 55MPH limit and when I stop it smells like burning ammonia. I popped the hood and it looks like white foam on the passenger side next to the exhaust manifold and turbo. Can there is a DEF leak under the hood? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. I just traded for a 21 3.0 Duramax. At about 150 miles on the odometer and on the highway the check engine light and exhaust light came on with a message reading Service DEF System see owners manual. I see in the manual about adding DEF ( I tried and it’s full) and it did not go away. Has anyone else had a similar issue? I have an appointment at the dealer for Tuesday but just wondering if someone else has seen this and what it might be. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Adaptive ride is slower than magride. Adaptive ride is nice. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. A package discount lowers MSRP on the window sticker so it’s not a real rebate. They show it in advertisements but it’s not another discount as it’s already included in the sticker price. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. All the trucks with leather have real leather. The Denali (Forge Leather) and High Country have open pore/grain leather. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Depends on what packages it has. It could be a stripped AT4. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. It should give it priority once it arrives to the VDC. Depending on how close your dealer is, they may be able to send a team to the VDC to pick it up once it arrives but they have to have prior authorization. It can still take a while because in my experience the VDCs are not managed very well. Some vehicles get pushed back that should have been delivered for months for no reason other than they forgot about it or it was pushed behind newer units. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. They ship via rail to a VDC. Then they are trucked from there. As far as timing goes, It’s up in the air. Once they are at the VDC it’s all over the place. Source: I am a Sales Manager at a Buick/GMC dealer. Edit: If you are close enough to the plant, the dealer can pick them up at the holding yard, under certain circumstances. 22. Buy a Ford/Ram then dude... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. I also fail to see why you would want to leave your car running for longer than that. If you are worried about it not being warm/cold, remote start it before you get back in. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Its a safety feature so you dont pull up in your garage and kill yourself. Leave the key in the car and it wont quit.
