That's funny, but true. I'm so FN mad I can barley be cordial. I have buyers remorse like I've never had in my 40 years. I'm completely embarrassed to admit I work QC for GM too.
... My intent here is to take this public and light a fire to see if I can get a servicing rep to respond. Until I do, I will keep dragging the company that puts food on my table through the mud. My intentions are genuine, they (we) need to get our $hit together. If I just didn't spend over 50k on a truck that's been at the dealer longer then I've owned it I wouldn't be so livid.
