  1. My seat does the same thing, I thought there was a can rolling around under the seat at first. I looked underneath and nothing. I did notice the seat has a bit of play in it and it is annoying but not as bad as the vibration issues I get on a perfectly smooth road. Wish I never bought this thing would love a dealer buyback to go to an older 2013 leftover or a Tahoe. GM please buy this. LOL
  2. sandyblogs.com/techlink/?p=2147 is where I found out about the vibration module
  3. Mine does too now that I looked at it
  4. I have the 18" rims and tires on a 4 door LTZ. they stock Goodyear tires were out of round and the dealer put on Bridgestones. but the steering wheel still vibrates constantly. and you end up with a numb feeling in your hands after a few miles. also every time you hit even the smallest bump it feel really harsh. I was hoping customer service at GM would do something but I may have to start the long process of trying to lemon law this after one more repair attempt. Boy if GM doesn't step up and offer another vehicle then I will share my experience on every website known. That may discourage other buyers. Go buy a ford
  5. Well it has been about 200 miles since the dealer swapped the goodyears for Bridgstones and yes the wobble is gone, but I have to say this is the worst truck ever. The steering wheel is not smooth there is a constant slight vibration that is not tire related and even the smallest cracks in the road feel like you are hitting giant pot holes and the whole truck bounces. Every little thing is felt directly through the steering wheel. If anyone is reading this post DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE!!! I have had at least 10 chevy and GMC trucks and never had such an awful time driving a vehicle as this one. Can't wait to trade out of it.
  6. With the help of GM customer care, they made a phone call to the dealer who originally told me the truck was fine and they all vibrate, and now the dealer replaced the terrible Goodyear assurance tires with a set of Bridgestones and the wobble is gone and the harshness of the ride has diminished quite a bit. Overall I think that is the best it is going to get and I am happy with it. So there must have been at least one tire out of round.
  7. Dealer just told me Chevy is aware of the problem but they don't know what it is and have no fix.
  8. I picked up the truck today and the service advisor said they can't really tell where the vibration is and that I should be happy mine drives better than some of the other ones. Not the right answer. They didn't even attempt a fix. Once I hit 50 mph the steering wheel vibrates and I don't like it. I have had 8 other chevy trucks in the past and this one as quiet as it is rides the worst. aside from the vibration it is just harsh every time you hit a bump. Maybe cheap shocks or just valved to stiff.
  9. I have a 2014 crew cab 5.3 and I too have a vibration problem. It seems to come and go. I hear a wobble sound between 35 and 40 mph and I feel vibration in the wheel at 50 and it makes my hand numb. Sitting at the dealership waiting for a fix.
