    Man been a while since I've been to the forums. Having a problem with my HID's again.. Intermittently the passenger side will not come on immediately, I have to turn them off and on a couple times to get it to come on. It did it about a month ago and I swapped the ballast to see if the problem would follow and no luck. I moved some wires around and chocked it up to a pinched wire. Well now the problem is back. I'm displaced right now too with all the flooding in Texas so I don't have a lot of time to take it apart and look at it. Just seeing if anyone else had a similar experience..

    No he's got the LT so they're reflection housings. No issues yet that I know of but he's only had them since May.

    Put new tires on it and changed the oil. $800 later should feel like a brand new truck.

    So I decided to give HIDs on my truck another go but went through TRS instead of DDM. Got em in today and opened the box and realized they sent me a mopar spec relay harness and 9006 bulbs instead of the 9012 that they come with in the Sierra spec kit.. This happen to anyone else? Or did they just mess up my order?

    Just re ordered another HID kit. This time the morimoto kit from TRS.. hopefully I don't have near as many problems as I did with my DDM kit.. Edit: Nevermind, A couple pieces in the Sierra kit are backordered..

    Yeah don't buy a TB spacer. It's a gimmick.. Save that money towards something else..

    Looking at the other light bar they offer I'm sure it's gonna mount where the tow hooks are.

    I'd be more than happy to be the guinea pig but I'd like to see what kind of mounting options for lights it has first.

    I like that bar too. I wonder if it gives you the option to mount multiple ways (like a 50" and a couple of the cubes). I also wonder if it takes the spot of the tow hooks.

    I've been realllly debating on buying a Morimoto kit for my truck. I miss my HIDs but had too many problems with the DDM kit..

    No lol. I work at a dealership. It sucks because some sporting goods sites are blocked because of "weapons"

    I can never see your pics when I'm at work. Even if I copy the URL it blocks it and the reason is weapons..

    Yeah you should still be able to tell if they're on even standing upright unless you can't see the projector at all. I had to drive home with my fog lights Sunday night. They just weren't coming on. Not even if I manually turned them on.

    Pulled the HID kit off. It was working fine for about a month or so then Sunday they wouldn't come on at all. I figured I wasn't getting power from the vehicle side but put the OE bulbs on and they came on. I pulled it off until I get some time and the want to, to figure out what the hell is going on.

    I forgot how much I hated the factory lights.. I miss my HIDs already. I really need to figure out my HID problem

    Pulled my HIDs off. Idk what happened. We pulled the ballast and capacitors off and they worked on my buddies jeep and they worked until he drove it but we didn't wire his relay harness up. Idk I'm staying factory for now..

    I'm seriously about to go back to factory on these lights.. Now they won't come on at all.. No flicker nothing.. So I guess when I have a second I'm gonna unplug everything and put the factory bulbs on and see if they come on and hopefully something is wrong with the truck. If not this kit is coming off..

    One of my caps started pouring smoke also. It didn't explode like that one and a brown liquid poured out.

    Thought I read someone here had to tune because it left them running a little lean? Maybe not.
