  1. Thanks A hole there is no button in the cabin.
  2. Is there a button in the suv somewhere to open the rear glass? I can do it from my FOB but have not noticed any button or marking to open the glass without the fob.
  3. Still going strong on the hose clamp special. F the dealer fix, It was $2.10 to cure mine.
  4. Did the hose clamp special on my LTZ today seems to have cured mine as well.
  5. 100% it did not do it at all until recently. I
  6. My seat has started to move on the drivers side. When making turns you can feel the lower cushion move side to side. Can honestly say I have never had a GM back to a dealer for a problem, but this is very annoying. I have a few issues with my 14 that drive me nuts. The seat, my rear floor sounds like an old oil can, and it has a tick at idle. Every time my dog moves around in the back the floor sounds like an old oil can. I can go back there and press on the floor and it pops up and down...Thinking on trading it for a different brand.
  7. I have tuned, modded, cut, and welded every lease vehicle I have ever had which is many. My last lease was a twin turbo, fully built trans Dmax, luckily I had a buddy buy it out at the end so I did not have to return it to stock to take it back.
  8. I don't get why unless there was a huge hp gain anyone would want a noisy truck . I love how quiet mine is.
  9. I wish! Were in Ontario Canada no E85 that I have ever seen.
  10. i realize that I'm talking around 1 1/2 weeks between tunes. Very well could be the fuel but my knock retard is nil on both fuels while logging. Like I said very happy but even happier on 87/89 octane . I can also say for certain my fuel economy is greater on 87.
  11. I sware my truck is quicker on the 87/89 tune than my 91 tune I have been flipping back and fourth but ultimately find the lower octane tune performs better. I had filled up a few times with 94 on my 91+ tune just to see and don't feel it's there like the 87/89 tune is. Either way I am extremely happy with my BBP tunes great money spent to make the truck more enjoyable.
  12. Wanted to update here since the tuning section doesn't see as much traffic. I tuned mine about 3 weeks ago now and I am very pleased with Blackbear and their service. I noticed last Friday an email from Justin with a new updated transmission tune ( I didn't ask for it) he had gotten a new efi live package that allowed access to new parameters in the TCM he sent me the update and I flashed my truck again. Awesome service updated me without even asking gotta love that. New shifts are even better than before nice crisp quick smooth shifts very noticeable. Its slightly confusing how the process works but overall its really easy. Basically if you have a pre-configured unit, it will have a decal on the box. Simply plug in the auto cal. Read the E92 then read the TCM Now go to the data log section on the autocal Log your truck doing WOT pulls and a little driving but mostly getting on the throttle do a little of everything once log file is full it will let you know on the autocal Remove from truck DL the latest efi live v8 software Plug in auto cal after above software is installed Go to Efi Live explorer On the left hand side of the screen on the bottom payne is a tab called data files this is access to your auto cal directories simply browse the directory where the scan is, and the read is and copy them by dragging and dropping to your pc. Email those files to Justin. Save copies to your hard drive then delete the tunes off the auto cal and the scan file. Wait for your tunes to come back from Justin then drag and drop them ONE AT A TIME to the auto cal. Program 1 and Program 2 when you plug into your truck Rescan and send new scan file to Justin
  13. If you need anything explained pm me or post, it's a little confusing how to get it up and going.
  14. Enjoy! Did you go autocal or tune in person?
  15. I don't know if it's traceable or not, but I would retune my 14' silverado crew 5.3 with blackbear again in a minute for the drive ability improvements alone!
  16. I ordered an autocal from BB yesterday so I will post how it works. I won't be doing any dyno runs. Just sotp improvements.
  17. These are the newer version of mine which are touch screen http://www.amazon.com/Concept-CLD-903-9-Inch-Single-Headrest/dp/B00BQMM1H6/ref=sr_sp-atf_title_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1401117466&sr=8-1&keywords=CLD+903 If not just search amazon for CLD-700 The D I believe denotes the DVD player. BOTH my head rests have their own DVD players. For the $ I think they are a good buy.
  18. Only one I have so far with my little buddy helping me wax it.
  19. I tapped into the cigarette lighter port in the center console pretty simple. I'm pretty handy so I had a work around for the posts being a little sloppy mine are solid and do not wobble around at all. Keep in mind as well these do not fit like 100% OEM but they are cheap and easy to install and do the job for me on my truck. If you wanted something more clean or more OEM looking I think you would need to spend a lot more money or get custom head rests made. I "might" be able to remove the DVD players from these head rests and mount them in the OEM head rest but I am not sure and not really sure I would bother. What I did was slide a piece of shrink tube over the legs of the head rest to give it a more tight fit, they do not wobble shake rattle or move around at all. The worst part is removing the backs of the seats the clips are goofy and delicate I did break one removing it but you cannot tell. The center console is pretty simple to tap into the accessory power port. Inside the lower rear pocket from the back seats there are 4 torx screws simply remove those and pull straight up on the rear part of the console. Then I just cut the plug and soldered the wires to it from the two dvd players. They are linked via RCA cable because each player comes with 2 inputs and 1 output, so I linked one players out to the others in and vice versa so that each player can share the others DVD OR each player can play their own independently. I'd like to be as transparent as possible with these, they do sit back a little bit from the actual sitting side of the seats, I don't use head rests so its no big deal to me but as seen in the pictures they sit back about 1" from the seat face. Also one of the units came with a remote that is different from the other and it does not work properly. But the other remote works with both tv's so its fine for me. For the $ I can't see how you can go wrong with these. I also lucked out I used to have an 08 suburban with RSE I kept the head sets from it, I was able to get both OEM GM head sets to RF link to these monitors giving me free head sets
  20. I put rear headrest monitors in tonight, two Concept CLD-700`s from Amazon.com. Black matches the interior perfectly pretty simple install. Both can play their own DVD but are also linked to share the same disk.
