1. Not sure if this has already been discussed, but just a FYI to all of those with a catch can - I have a RX can and lately I haven't been getting much of anything out of the valve when I tried to drain it. So I stuck a small screw driver in the bottom valve and cleared an obvious blockage which allowed trapped oil to come out. Not entirely sure what it was that caused the clog - gummed up oil I guess. So if you open the valve and nothing comes out, don't assume that the can is empty. Also, and I don't remember reading anything about this, but what is the best way to clean these cans? Can they be flushed with water? Compressed air? Thanks for any info.
2. Thanks for the replies. I will post an update when I finally take it into the dealership. Soosick13, I'm not happy to hear the dealership offered you no help. They will likely offer me little help as well. Is your truck programmed for your tire size? Originally I was sure this was my problem. I may try BlackBear. Halobound, I'm very discouraged that this happened with your stock truck. 20Bowtie14, maybe you're on to something with the low voltage issue. The headlights on my truck, on occasion, will flicker whenever I apply the break or turn signal.

4. Hey guys. I didn't find a topic on this and I'm wondering if others have had these symptoms. Within the last two months, and sporadically, my gauge cluster and display (the info display and nav display) flicker, and my AC turns off. This only lasts a couple seconds. The first time it happened was when I was overtaking someone on a two lane road, after hammering the throttle. The second time it happened was when I was turning into a parking space at a store (weeks later). This time, however, the power steering shut off and my truck seemed impossible to turn. This too only lasted a couple seconds. But potentially very dangerous. Now yesterday while I was turning into a parking lot off of a street, everything began to flicker/shut off and my power steering was non-existent. All three times, the info display kept reading an issue with Stabilitrak. I know there are a couple outstanding recalls on my truck but I don't remember what they're for. Also, I have 34" OD tires on my truck and it is not programmed. Are the tires causing this issue? I know a lot of guys with big tires on their 2014's and none of them have the tire sized programmed. They're not having this issue. I am going to bring it do the dealer this week. Are they just going to blame my tires? Thanks for any help.
5. Looks great. Any chance you can get fender measurements for me?
6. Nothing much out there. http://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/topic/170502-tie-rod-upgrade/?do=findComment&comment=1590558
7. I have 18x9 wheels with +18 offset/ 5.75" backspacing. Can anyone confirm whether or not I can use these wheels with Zones 4.5"/6" lift? I contacted BDS and was told that offset would work with BDS's kit as long as I didn't go with 12.5 wide tires.
8. Thanks. The body lift isn't really hard, just a pain in the ass because it takes so long. I was a little disappointed with Zones kit. I believe they shorted me hardware and their instructions are not detailed at all. But my friend and I made it work. Just get someone to help you with the bumpers and it's not bad.
9. 2" rough country, 1.5" zone. 295/70r18 trail grapplers with method mesh +18 offset. They stick out about 1/4" to 1/2" past the fender. They rub the fender liner at full lock in forward and reverse.
10. Looks good! Can you get a pic of how they mount? Also a pic from a lower angle or further away so I can see how low they hang? I would appreciate it!
11. You're talking about the fender well liner, right? Or metal?
12. Yes, Fox coilovers lift the front of the truck. I believe it's adjustable between 2 and 3 inches of lift.
13. Bump, also interested in these
14. Are those front coilovers set at 2 or 3"? Any rubbing?
15. Truck looks sick, Steve. How's the tread life on those graps? I think I'm about to pull the trigger on a set.
16. Love that color relsoc. Also, howdy neighbor. NWI here.
17. It's noticeably louder than stock but in a good way. It roars when you get on the throttle. Definitely a great mod for the money. But I don't even pay attention to the sound anymore to be honest.
18. 285/75r18 or 285/65r18? I don't think I've seen anyone run 285/75, it's a pretty tall tire and only Nitto and Toyo make that size I think.
19. I hear you. I wonder if 285/75r18's would be better or worse. They're a half inch taller but about a half inch narrower (than 290/70r18).
20. That's weird. Gmccoop is running 35x12.5 on factory 18's (with a 3" level) and allegedly isn't rubbing the uca or sway bar. A 295/70r18 isn't any bigger. 3" fabtech and I'm running 35.12.50.18 BFG All Terrain KO2s

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
21. 295/70r18 won't fit on stock wheels? What do you mean come up 2 inches in front? As in a level? Or are you talking offset?
22. Well, if you say so... Pics as soon as I install it!
23. I tried to get my dealership to replace my shocks but they couldn't replicate the annoying squeak, of course. I figured I'd rather have bilstein 5100's than a new set of OE ranchos anyways. If they can get the shocks to squeak I don't see why they wouldn't replace them. And no, I highly doubt they'll say boo about your leveling kit.
24. Unbolt the bottom of each shock and drive around a parking lot or something. See if the noise is gone.
25. Mine did the same thing. It was the OE Rancho shocks. Sounds like that's your culprit.
