    Not a big deal to cut the one bolt that is blocked. I spent way too much time trying to find an alternative way to remove them before just cutting it. I bought a spare bolt and now I can take the tow hooks off in a matter of minutes. Either a cutoff wheel or a reciprocating saw will do the trick.

    I'm having this issue right now too. 2016 with 50k km. Thinking I'll just get the whole frame redone down the road. Surface rust won't hurt anything.

    Had mine for a few months now (RCSB 4x4) and I have zero complaints so far! I use mine mostly as a daily driver to and from work and lugging my canoe and kayak around on weekends. The truck has never made me feel like I needed more power in normal driving situations, especially passing on the freeway. Not to mention, the fuel economy has been great. I've been averaging around 10-10.5 liters per 100 kilometers (26-28mpg), have yet to calculate by hand though.
