My 2014 Silverado is at 120,000 and running just as good as day one, not one issue with it. I know there’s problems out there, but complaining to others saying “should of bought a ford” doesn’t help anyone lol this is what I’m trying to explain should stop.

Going on about fords being better and such. It’s much better for topics to stay on point instead of turning into a pissing match. Topics being on point can make it easy on readers now and 5 years down the road to read though these and stay on point with topic in hand. RARELY on these forums do they go off track, majority of time they have great contributors and mods look after deleting useless posts. The posts retaining basing gm, blah blah - should be removed. As should our posts talking about it lol Just hope people see this and see a reminder to stay on point. These threads are viewed for YEARS and YEARS down the road.

Love your truck and when these trucks have aggressive front ends. Here’s mine, still lots of work to do.

I have a 14 and had jump seat before I upgraded to console - made my own harness. One of my USB plugins isn’t in use, can’t remember which one.

What year is your truck? Don’t have that USB plugin in mine.

Yeah, a little reading on what one is trying to achieve will go a long way in the long run with our mods. Some try to find the cheapest route; which majority of the time isn’t a great idea.

I don’t understand how this worked? Has anyone else actually tired this before we started spending a ton of money on the programming of this? Im sure others have had the security flags trigger right? Lol witch craft happening here or something.

Putting in an unprogramed cluster in your truck that isn’t connected to your vin - could theft lock it. This is the case as far as I know; I have nooooo idea how you just put in and it worked.. like it sounds like magic lol got extremely lucky or something.

Why the 4.88, Yukon recommended 4.10 for mine.. unless your going to roll on 38’s maybe?! Stoked to see yours next!

SuperLift 8” with king suspension and 35s on 22x14 for now as I didn’t have my custom bumpers until today so couldn’t run 38s then. But with 14 wide.. it also doesn’t look like I can run 37s or 38s now.. I do like the wide tires as I plan to do shows.

Update on the build.. cutting rest of wheel wells and adding all bumper leds tomorrow. Still a LOT of work to go!

Can’t throw 37s on until I got my custom bumper put on the front; they’re coming. This is just the start for this truck. I love the canopy as me and the family camp in it throughout western Canada

Finally got the SuperLift 8” King Suspension lift put on with the Scorpion SC24 22x14 wrapped in some Nitto 35s. Add a leaf and bags are still going in the back.

Truck is on the lift getting the lift put on.. will have it back Monday.

Shouldn’t be bad, plan to do this next. Using RedARC and will be running their system to run a second battery then 12v power in rear cab and another in the box canopy. Check them out, great stuff!
