    No problem, not the easiest site to navigate. Two ways (well kind of) top of page under your log in, there is a search tab, works ok. Other way is to go on your internet search engine of choice, example, plug in Bilstein shocks for a 2017 Silverado on Gm-trucks.com, scroll down the page till you see the site, and click on.

    How many miles on the truck? If out of warranty, did you buy it as a Certified Pre Owned? And one question that is going to come up, how long did you have it on the test drive, and where did you go? Did they keep you close to the dealer, all surface streets, or did you go out on a highway/freeway?

    You are doing just fine, already know how to use the quote to get a members attention. No, not normal, describe the speeds you are experiencing the problem. I would also look under the truck to make sure your shocks are not leaking, they are Factory grade Rancho's, not bad, but not the best either.

    100 totaled, very sad statistic, any idea if there are any close by to "salvage" some parts? Last one I saw was at the Portland Roadster Show, missing normal life when summer was fun....

    Welcome to the site. You asked a question to a thread that is almost a year old, use the quote function and it will send a message to the last post. You have the Z71 suspension, so it will have a tendency to do what you are describing, weight in the bed, or go with a "softer" shock and see what it does for you.

    Beautiful Z28, any more pictures? Saw a couple in person, pretty rare, always kind of liked the ZL1 just because of the amenities, but if you are not driving it every day, you made the right choice.

    This was my 14, 6.2, 6 speed, and a 3.42 rear end, it was a very quick truck, stayed in the happy torque range a lot better than the 2 8 speeds that I have/had so far. Remember a Charger R/T trying to pass me at 60, beat him to 90 plus, then let him pass, because I was in a truck, and common sense kicked in?

    What year is your truck? Have you checked your condenser to see if it is leaking? Very well known problem with these trucks.

    Have you asked GM if you can take it to another lot? Most times another dealer does not want to inherit a warranty claim, but this seems to be at that point.

    Have you asked for a buy back, or a trade allowance to get out of the truck? If you are this unhappy with the truck, GM has to know by now.

    If the service department can not solve the problem, it is a failing grade, and someone has to be the bigger person and admit defeat to help the customer. Then it goes to the next level to get you out of the truck.

    Lemon law, call GM yourself, they are graded on how they treat customers, raise hell, if you need too, shut the dealership down. If you are not happy, let everyone in earshot know, social media, local news, demand to speak with the ownership, don't go down without a fight!!!

    Good salesperson, and desk, not for you, but they were closer to their quota for June, at your expense. Maybe look for a new dealership in the future. Hope they make it up with "free" service packages.

    Your traditional side mirrors will always let you know when you have "lost" something from the bed....

    Being an essential employee has sucked at times, we have not missed a day since all of this started, and we all wish we were just getting UI, but you still should take some pride in what you do. I guess some take pride in how much crap they can damage, aided with our friend Karma, it all catches up to them at sometime. Nice gesture on your part too, in a way supporting the essential troops.
