Whoa...a lot of parts there! I like the PDF layout, which shows all the parts and where they go. Unfortunately, I'm not that mechanically incline to disassemble the tranny and install these parts. Going to go with BB instead, but thank you for the info!

Hmmm...new to this mod, would this Corvette Servo work in a 2016 Z71 6spd? Also, would it work with a Blackbear tune, or would that be redundant?

Haha...it should be "shouldn't" and not "should"...Fixed As Jennabear has mentioned and explained, I now see why I need to use 89+ as she mentioned due to the high compression. So your truck is tuned to 87oct?

WOW! There's so much good info here! I have contacted Jarrad and Justin at BB and looking forward to them coming to Austin for an in person tune...I just need to wait until Nov. They have been very responsive to my questions, which tells me they are on it when it comes to customer service...and that means a lot and a deciding factor in many things. Coming from driving a 1990 Silverado 350, to my 2016 Silverado 5.3, I'm a little disappointed at how this 2016 drives. I just can't stand the V4 stuff, so I just keep my tranny in 5th...when I want to save gas, I drive my wife's Prius..LOL! I'm glad I came across this forum and specifically this thread as I've learned a lot about my truck...like how I shouldn't be using 87 oct.
