  1. I have had these installed on my truck for a year and a half now. Very nice steps with outstanding instructions. With the quality of the steps and the instructions, I feel even a novice could install them without problems. Just take your time and follow the instructions. They are much better the the GM folding running boards. These tuck out of sight completely.
  2. Ok . I have the rear exit, but I think I would prefer these.
  3. This is for a 5.3. Read the very top of the post.
  4. Bilstein 5100 at the high setting (1.85). Get rid of the leveling blocks. The ride is way better. Rancho shocks were terrible on my truck!
  5. Never seen a 10 ply passenger tire. I have them and so do a bunch of my friends. We all have had good luck with them.
  6. They are great steps with good install instructions. Probabably the most detailed instructions you could expect. Follow the instructions and you will be happy.
  7. I have a crew cab with power steps so I didn’t have to cut them. Installing the actual steps to the arms is like one of the last steps. Put the steps up to the arms and see if they will clear the rear wheel when they fold in. I’m guessing they won’t and you will mangle the Setup.
  8. I have a 2015 GMC SLT. Just like the others have said you need a 2.2 HMI. Also replaced a component behind the screen and now have HD FM.
  9. I have the Borla touring exhaust on mine. You can hear it when you accelerate, but it’s not overpowering. There is no drone at highway speed. Borla has 3 versions. The touring is the quietest of the 3. From quietest to loudest: Touring, S-Type then ATAK. https://www.borla.com/gmc-sierra-1500-exhaust-systems/
  10. I agree. The hid kit is far superior. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Pro
  11. If the lights are aimed properly there is no problem. The kit is a quality kit, not cheap at all. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Pro
  12. 14 and 15 headlights are the worst. They are so bad that I think there should be a recall. I upgraded my 15 Sierra SLT with a HID kit from the retrofit source. BIG difference. https://www.theretrofitsource.com/2014-sierra-morimoto-elite.html?carDisplay=2015+GMC+Sierra+(w%2F+Projector+Lights)&preselect=47338%2C51822%2C54433&preselect_restrict=1
  13. I guess each to their own. If that’s what you like go for it.
