  1. I don't know if this will work for you, but its another option to check out. https://cognitomotorsports.com/chevy/1500/2007-2018-silverado/suspension-components.html?find=2015-chevrolet-silverado-1500-ltz-378793&sid=b0qtqsnkrG
  2. If you run oem spec tires, your wheel's should exceed that rating. Check the sidewall for the load rating.
  3. Are you aware how large of a risk it is to drive with those tires?
  4. I've experienced something similar. My truck starts better when it hasn't been plugged in; still do when -18 or lower. I don't know the reason for this, but I haven't noticed anything else indicating a problem.
  5. I'm really not... That's just poor grammar.
  6. @customboss thank you for hinting that I may be young, and have a poor education level. As well as indicating what I am, and am not vulnerable to. Editing in humbly/respectfully after the fact.. So you can insult and defend any retaliation against yourself. Stating that Im wrong, that you understand me. Did I say you were wrong, or that I disagree? I think we can all see what this says about you, and your tyrannical view regarding others opinions. How dare I think, or have a different perspective than you! @Grumpy I've always appreciated your backhanded way at insulting others. Not quite so direct that if a retalitory response arises it can't be pinned as actually targeted at an individual. Please continue your passive aggressive approach. I'm looking forward to seeing a signature that doesn't directly attack anyone specifically. But everyone knows who it's directed to. I can see it is made to make you feel big and wise, or at least appear that way. Along with a larger than average font size, high lighted, underscored, capitalized etc. All of which has nothing to do with wisdom, and everything to do with implied intimidation and belittling. Often the most unwise claim to be wise. Those filled with wisdom don't shout from the roof tops, because they know where wisdom comes from and how it is learned. I do apologize if I offended either of you. I don't see it, nor was it my intent. I was simply expressing my right to free speech. You continue to claim I'm wrong, it's impossible. That I've tied fact and truth together. I've done so such thing. You've created a believable story all to continue and/or finish an argument that paints you as all knowing. I make points, and statements and you interpret them the way you wish to interpret them. And fail to directly answer the question from the perspective of my post. I think you may be getting close to understanding..
  7. I think Grumpy, you are taking things out of context. Everything is tied to the universe. But the fact a that a bullet to the head can kill, is physical. And not what I've been arguing. But if you like, I'll step back and acknowledge former statements. Today a bullet to the head can kill a person. Can you say that 50 years from now it will do the same?
  8. Say an insurance company has deemed you capable of work and will no longer support you. They know everything about you, no secrets left unsaid. Assessments, doctors, professional opinions. Some may actually even lie for unknown reasons. But, their information says it's a fact you can work. However, this supported worker knows that he/she cannot work. They've done their best to give them understanding, how they see the world and themselves through their own eyes. To them it is a fact, they cannot work. A fact they cannot go back into the world. These aren't opinions, both sides have what they believe to be fact. And even these facts are open to interpretation because life is not simple. Nothing is simple and there's always exceptions.
  9. Absolutely. But it's amusing that facts only seem to be applicable to parachutes and buses. Oh, and bullets. All governed by physics. And that is a fact. That said, one could argue that I'm correct in my understanding because you and everyone else seems to be focused on physical, touchable, facts. When the facts I am discussing are nothing of that sort. Which I keep having to point out?
  10. It's ok. I shouldn't have said anything. You don't learn this in school.
  11. My words don't indicate humans humanity has the capability to influence the natural laws if the universe.
  12. Parachute? I'm sorry, your failing to understand me.
  13. Maybe you should read my post again
  14. I disagree. What we know today is not what we knew 50 years ago. And 50 years from now our understanding will differ from what we know today. Facts are constantly changing, evolving, and proven false. Science is considered fact, undeniable.. Until it proves itself wrong. Which it does on a constant basis. Misinformation can be taken in a million different ways. You can tell someone that they're wrong, that you have the facts to prove this. But what you don't have is the perspective of the said person. Everyone has a different view of the world, no one can pass judgement on another's view/actions (we do). Any judgement passed is done so from your perspective, your world, knowledge, understanding and experiences. Which can't be applied to the said person, because you can't understand them. It's what we believe that makes something factual. As humans, we don't know ******.
  15. You don't know everything.. ugh, what is this world coming to
  16. These engine's have always been a little rough. Gm does tune them right up to, and on the edge of a misfire for emissions purposes. Custom tune will usually raise the rpm to 650, which smooths it out. Its also the nature of direct injection, large ports = slow velocity (low in the rpm) = poor atomization
  17. Wait for what? Topics up for debate aren't necessarily won by fact, but by the person's ability to argue the facts. I'm sure you could just as easily argue facts that prove him wrong. Or for that matter... imo. I think you'd be able to argue that unicycles should be the designated mode of transportation for the 2025 mission to mars
  18. The current ceo has killed gm. They might be making money but as far as I'm concerned gm is no longer the legend it used to be.
  19. I'm not sure if this is related to your situation, but if the engine has been flooded; your owners manual provides instruction on starting.
  20. I think an oil change every 3000 miles is the key. I don't care what science says, I can hear and feel a difference.
  21. I have to say, that turned out a lot better then I thought it would. Looks good Maybe some negative offset wheels are in your future! And maybe some plasti-dip?
  22. I tried a hypertech on my 2010 silverado and it gave me audible knock at wot with 87 octane. I wasn't interested in running higher octane at the time, so I just left the stock tuning and turned afm off. Turning afm off was the best feature, but I don't think handhelds do this anymore. At least not hypertech. I believe they're concered about lawsuits from the epa. This doesn't mean it won't work for you. But your really better off spending the extra money on custom tune, and in all seriousness, better sooner than later. Before everyone closes up shop and stops tuning.
  23. All the thief would have to do is remove the sprint booster. If you take out the pedal the vehicle is going nowhere unless they brought a their own.
  24. It's too bad the gas pedal isn't quick-connect. Its one thing to just unplug it, but if you could take the whole pedal with you... that would be perfect
  25. I think he might have the setup where its true dual. Which only comes with s-type sound level.
