  1. What brand and size tires and rims are those? What is your level/lift at?
  2. Cool, that sounds like a fair price. When I’m ready for this I’ll reach out. My next mod is getting that Echomaster front camera bought and installed before the winter hits since the cold has already hit here in IL. It’s crazy how we can turn these trucks from an LT trim to an almost 100% LTZ with kind helpful guys like yourself [emoji106]
  3. These look good, I might have to add these especially for the steps at night.
  4. Thanks! I got the idea from some guy here on the forums [emoji6]
  5. Thanks Phil! Did you start getting pricing and availability info on these kits?
  6. If my current jump seat doesn't have wireless charging, once buying this kit when it becomes available, would I be able to have that option?
  7. Added the Westin HDX steps and the driver handle pillar today. Took me about 2 hours to get all of it done. Really like the looks of these steps. I also made some adjustments to my tonneau today to get it realigned. I am hoping to get the Echomaster front camera bought and installed before mid next month and be done with mods for the rest of the year as the weather here starts to not be fun to working on anything outside.
  8. I will agree with everything you have said about the 2018 Traverse. We bought ours in April after the Dodge dealer told us that our 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan which we bought new with less than 10 miles back then and at 40k miles earlier this year needed its trans lines replaced. We searched around as my wife was ready for an SUV and to get away from a van. It lead us to the Traverse. This Traverse rides so smooth and the 9 speed trans makes me so jealous when riding my 6 speed 2018 Silverado. I only test drove a previous gen Traverse, but this new one should win GM some awards for innovation in this class. We have an LT trim with four bucket and a rear bench, even with cloth these are some very comfortable seats. Some of the features in the Traverse make me wish my Silverado had these too, guess it’ll be for the next truck whenever that comes in a few years. I agree if anyone is looking for a family SUV the 2018 Traverse is awesome.
  9. Thanks for the pics, they look very good. How long did they the wife take to install these.
  10. How much of the dash did you have to take apart or was it just the bezel around the radio to get the cable harness through to connect to the infotainment radio?
  11. I am considering doing this mod, once you get cable through the firewall, do you have to take the dash apart to connect this camera to the infotainment center? It would be nice to have this camera especially when parking and can't quite get an idea how much clearance you have in front of you.
  12. Storm, where did you order those plugs from? Can’t wait to see those HDX steps once you get them installed.
  13. Thanks for the feedback! I'll probably be going with these then. It's funny, my son today is like dad, your truck turned into a green color what happened. LOL! I explained to him about the paint and with the sun hitting it, gives it that green tint.
  14. Loving the pics, also helps give us ideas with what color of accessories work with our unique color. gixxerk8, are those Westin HDX running boards? IF so, how have they been holding up?
  15. Report back once you have added them, I'd be interested to see what they look like on your truck. We have a similar issue with all that darn salt during the winter months, so I have to figure out how to keep these running boards semi-salt free by going to car wash more and getting underbody wash during the winter. Don't need the body rusting sooner than need be.
  16. Us graphite colored Silverado/Sierra owners have a unique color that is a chameleon when the sun hits it. I mainly see this as a gray color but then when sun hits it in some ways I see a green and even a blue greenish at times too. Post away on the pics.....
  17. How are these Westin's and what do they cost? I am looking for a set of running boards here before the winter hits and I need ones that won't totally rust out due to the fun winters here in Illinois.
  18. I’ll look at this brand too. Too bad the brackets weren’t totally rust proof on a lot of these kits, it would make things so much nicer.
  19. That is great, thanks for the pics. I'm looking at these and the Dominator D6, both look really good. I primarily need these for my wife and son, they have a tough time getting in. Myself and my other kids are no problem since we are taller. LOL!
  20. I have the same graphite colored Z71 Silverado, those Rhino's look good on there. How have these held up for those that have these? I live in IL, so snow and salt will be a concern, are these powder coated so they don't rust? How good are these for providing protection against those clowns that swing their door open leaving a dent on your side? What is the difference between the Rhino Black Dominator D6 and Rhino RB20?
  21. Totally agree, Phil is an awesome dude. He even responded back to me while he was out to dinner. Enjoy your mod, its one of the best things I've done to this truck so far.
  22. Thanks to Phil, I upgraded from DL8 to DL3 mirrors. So excited to have turn signals now, in the last few weeks I've been almost nailed by several people just not paying attention as I go to change lanes. I doubt this the turn signals will help, but hoping it does if they don't pay attention to the turn lights on the tail lights.
  23. Hey Phil this is George, I want to thank you again for providing me with the kit to convert my DL8 to DL3 mirrors. I only originally just wanted the turn signals, but he assured me that power folding and puddle lamps would work too so that made this even sweeter. Phil was a lot of help via phone/text during the process as I had to contact him for an issue. I did damage my passenger side door panel a bit by pulling to hard on it, but its not in a noticeable place so I guess I'll have to live with it till I find another one. Just a word of advice if just going from DL8 to DL3, the power folding didn't work for me till I started up the truck went into drive and accelerated a bit in the driveway. Then I put it into park and the power folding was working automatically. On to the next mod. Thanks again Phil!
  24. Thanks for the detailed tips. I'll reach out when I am ready to try this myself or decide to have this professionally done due to time constraints. It does seem like you learned a lot through this process from the details you have outlined.
